I have now stayed here 3 times, twice during the refurbishment and now when fully completed. The receptionist recalled that I used to stay in a nearby hotel that has now got quite expensive, so she immediately upgraded me to a junior suite as a thank you to my loyalty. Nice touch! This is a modern hotel with good sized bedrooms, excellent buffet breakfast and friendly staff in a great location near the Louvre. Highly recommended as reasonable room rates for the location.
Super well located near Place de la Concorde. Use exit 5 Jeu de Paume at Metro Concorde, as opposed to exiting place de la Concorde itself. Rue cambon is straight opposite that exit. Useful to know line 1 is automated and never on strike, so it's a good area to be in for direct acess to Champs Elysee, Opera, Etoile/Arc de Triomphe, Le Louvre, Les Tuileries Gardens, Madeleine etc Recently renovated hotel, my room was a Deluxe. It was big, with a super large bed, had its lounge area with a day bed and coffee table. It was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was well appointed, you won't leave hungry. They alternate the fruit juice, one day it's orange, the next Grapefruit but feel free to ask for one of the other they will bring it. Selection of croissant, pains au chocolats, and other types....3-4 types of bread...bacon, smoked salmon, Ham, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, yoghurts, jams, cheeses....there is enough to satisfy everyone. The staff was very nice, helfpul and accomodating of our requests. Location is great and it's quiet!!!!!!!!! I did not find faults. Thank you to the staff for your kindness, don't change anything you've been great…
No toilets in the lobby. Didn’t get the room we ordered and didn’t get the room on time. Breakfast was poor. No explanation about the hotel and his amenities, or when breakfast is served. Location was great, near Jardin de tuillerie . In front of the hotel there is a great restaurant named Fllot.
The staff at Hotel Cambon could not have done more for us! We will definitely be back to stay at this gorgeous hotel. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms are gorgeously finished and it is right beside rue de Rivoli and rue saint honore for shopping.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others. 1) The hotel was a convenient location for exploring Paris on a quiet street. It’s right next to Concorde metro line and high-end shopping streets. We used the metro quite a bit so being right next to metro was quite convenient. 2) Room: Size was standard Paris room size. Bathroom was very spacious. We had a courtyard view so nothing to write home about. 3) Service: The front desk’s service was fantastic. They understood our needs and were quick to address them. The part that needs significant improvement was the housekeeping. It’s almost unacceptable. You have to ask for everything. And the way you ask for it is ONE AT A TIME. They do not replenish any toiletries even if they’re out, which is very odd. When toilet paper is low, they’ll not provide a new roll unless you ask for it. When you ask for fresh set of towels, they give you a fresh bath mat maybe because that’s the only one on the floor (?). They also don’t replenish the coffee or water. By the third day, we resorted to giving a list to the front desk, but even that only one item was fulfilled and we had to ask for the rest. We just gave up towards the end of our 6 night stay and just accept it. But it’s but bad enough for me to not recommend this hotel. …
We had a problem with our booking (my fault 🤨) and we had a quite small bedroom and Hemimi at the desk was very nice and kindly upgrades us to a suite for 50€ which was really nice and much appreciated. The location is 10/10. Thank you again !! William and Johanna
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The Hotel is centrally located and has been remodeled. My room was excellent and spacious for my stay. Great room but most importantly, the staff made my stay memorable. Fatima gave me an excellent customer service. The entire staff was great!!! Fatima, Selma, Roman and all the staff that made me feel like i am part of their family. Excellent location and I my favorite hotel in Paris.
Beautiful large double bedroom with velvet seating area, delicious breakfast with crispy viennoiserie and very polite staff who were welcoming 24/7. Easy internet connection and very central Paris location.
I booked this hotel because I had many meetings across the street, for fashion trade shows located at the Tuileries. It was walking distance to all the places I needed to be. The hotel is newly renovated so it is very clean and the facilities are good. Many good restaurants in the neighbourhood and walking distance to all the boutiques on rue Saint Honoré. Very friendly hotel staff.
Nice boutique hotel, clean, they made some renovations in the room, lobby and breakfast area. Too expensive for the room size that I had, convenient for the location, for business trip is good, city center
