The welcome was lovely, the food was delicious and the room was prepared with rose petals and swans inviting my husband and I to stay in our room a little too long! The dining room where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served has a domed leaded glass ceiling designed by Gustave Eiffel! Art, cuisine, luxury...We experienced it all under one roof! The food was superb ~ it met and exceeded our expectations. Ther service was friendly, efficient and elegant. The memories of a trip can be elevated or depleted depending upon your experience in a hotel. Our memories are incredible and we left with a look back over our shoulders and a peek at our calendar to block the dates for our return! This hotel is luxurious with an intimate boutique feel...but it was the staff that one me over. From Concierge Angelo, John David, Camille, and the many other staff members, we were given personalized first-class service throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were incredibly hospitable and remembered our orders each morning. They also had a gluten-free bread basket, which was an exceptional treat! The location is perfect, blocks away from Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysees, and the convenience of several metros made it easy to walk or ride to many sites. The rooms were elegantly decorated with terraces to sit and enjoy a drink. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the two adjoining rooms made the family stay so convenient. - APRIL J10 contributionsBest Hotel in ParisHotel Vernet was spectacular from beginning to end. The staff took such great care of us, drinks, dinner reservations, shopping recommendations, taxi bookings, tours, they did it all. The front desk staff(Marion, Nicholas, so many others) always greeted us with a Smile and were fast to assist us in Any Way. Remi at the bar kept us full of our favorite drink, laughing with stories, and recommendations for seeing all things in Paris. The rooms( we had 2 junior suites) were unbelievable, beautifully decorated, heated towel warmers, large restrooms. The housekeeping staff did a turndown every night with chocolates and water, delivered flowers and champagne the first night, and roses for everyone mid stay. The location is the best part. A block from Arc de Triumph and Champs de Elyss shopping, 30 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, minutes from any metro line. We had such a great stay at the hotel Vernet we were really sad to leave. The concierge went above and beyond throughout our stay up until the very end. The location of the hotel is 5 star and the value for the the price can’t be beat in Paris. Rooms was also very spacious and food was excellent. I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel and its employees, 5 star all around!

We absolutely loved Hotel Vernet! The whole staff was great, but huge shoutout to Nicolas who was so incredibly sweet and always available to field any questions and greet us on the way in and out. We were a little concerned because we foolishly didn't learn conversational French before visiting, but he made us feel comfortable was able to help us at every turn. They knew we were celebrating our engagement and so they decorated our room so beautifully one night while we were out. The hotel is convenient to everything, a perfect size, and exactly what we needed. We walked or used the Metro to get to everything. No need for a taxi or Uber as long as you don't have mobility issues.

I decided to do a last minute trip to Paris to celebrate my recent engagement. After a quick search, hotel vernet looked the most luxurious out of other hotels. I was able to book via Amex which provided extra perks like free upgrade if available, $100 credit etc. from the get go, the hotel is extremely helpful, I emailed them 2 weeks out to help me make reservations for a couple of restaurants and they were able to accomplish the booking quickly and easily. They asked in the welcome email if any celebration/events were related to the trip and I informed them of my recent engagement Check in was extremely quick and we felt like pampered guests from the moment we entered the hotel. Everyone was so polite and had smiles on their faces to greet us everytime we passed by Room was large and gorgeous, clean of course. We were greeted by the balloons and rose petals the staff had decorated for us as a surprise. They also gave us complimentary wine! One night I realized I had booked 2 restaurants for the same night and panicked. I called down to concierge and within 15 mins they were able to change one of the reservations to another day without any penalty! Nice Paris stay at Hotel Vernet. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are gorgeous. Breakfast is served at the seat. Every wish is read from your eyes and fulfilled. Fantastically beautiful hotel, gladly again.

Nice boutique hotel just off Champ de Elysee. Booked the "family suite" which is two connecting rooms plus a sofa bed. Rooms are tight as to be expected in Paris, but they are in good shape with large bathrooms. The included breakfast is convenient and very well done. There is a pharmacy/grocery store right on the corner which adds to the convenience of the location. The real standout here is the service, from the moment you check in to the time of your departure. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and take a real interest in making sure you enjoy your time in the city and your stay at their hotel.

Beautiful hotel, every detail is fabulous from the heated towel bar to the comfy beds. Staff was very accommodating and attentive. Breakfast was delicious! Hotel is in a favorable location, close to the fabulous shops and attractions. We will be back!
