With the greatest pleasure, we write this review to demonstrate our sincere gratitude to Assistant Manager Stephen of Hotel Balzac, Paris. We were fortunate to have him be our first point of contact at Hotel Balzac. He provided the highest standard of service and customer loyalty. He cared about guests and the image of the hotel, he is not lazy...

The hotel Balzac is located near champs elysee (something like 100 meters) and that puts you right in the heart of one of the most exciting avenues in the world. The building is not new but well kept and there's plenty of truly parisian details on the main entrance hall like fine carved seats and desks. It really feels like...

Great location - beside l'Arc de Triomphe. This is a quiet boutique hotel off the main roads. Beautiful, well appointed spacious rooms. Bathrooms very large and clean. Great nights sleep. We would stay again here again.

When I booked this hotel I was under the impression it was a 5 star, but after staying I disagree. The Good: -The service was excellent, the staff were very warm and friendly. They rushed to take our bags, always greeted us, and the concierge helped me with a couple of important matters which I really appreciated. The Bad: -As...

Nice building, great room but a lot of wear and tear in bathroom, which had no heating whatsoever (except toilet seat), so not very comfortable in December...). Shower needs to be redone, especially since the doors do not close properly, which results in a lot of water going out... Also, the "American breakfast" price is outrageous for what you get,...

My husband and I have spent 3 nights at Balzac Hotel last November; we loved the location and the staff were so kind, however our room was small, and there was no coffee machine; other than that; everything was great! We would do it again of course but we'll bring our coffee machine this time :)

I was not too impressed by this hotel. Have to admit I did not really test the service since we just stayed for a night but the overall impression of this hotel is that it s a bit run down. Honoré de Balzac died in the house which later became Hotel Balzac, so for the historyfans this can be a...
