Great location, near restaurants, bars & bakeries yet quite. It feels comfortable and safe to walk around at all hours of the day. Comfortable bed and pillows and the room is relatively large. Staff is very nice and helpful! Highly recommend!
Stayed as a family in Paris the week on May-13th and folks trust me when I say this is the hidden gem in Paris Sen-Germania, a small hotel right in the middle of almost everything. All the restaurants are in walking distance from 1 min to 5 mins at most. And major attracts are within 10 mins walking distance away ( I am talking about Louvre, Luxembourg gardens,Musée d'Orsay, Pont neuf etc etc) We had a small 4 year old with a stroller (and my friends please do not forge the stroller :) ) and we walked the entire city. Now if location itself was not enough, the best part if the hospitality at Artus. Sanjay and his team are the BEST!!!!!! In all my previous travel experiences no way have I had such amazing service, Sanjay knows guests by their names and right as you walk in the hotel you are treating as 5 star. He has time to take a break from his stuff and just talk ( I mean chit chat with you). We specially had a peculiar case where our daughter was down with Fever and Sanjay helped to get a doctor in our room within one hour. From now on we will not look for any other hotel to stay in Paris (Just call book Artus right away)…
We recently stayed for 3 nights at the Artus Hotel located in St. Germaine. Perfect location surrounded by beautiful restaurants, stores filled with the lates fashions. Walking distance to the Seine and the best Museums in Paris! Although centrally located, the hotel is on a side street and is very quiet. The staff are excellent and unfailingly helpful and cheerful. Sanjay, the concierge is a gem. He introduced us to the best guide Christine. Her walking tour was amazing. And in a little over 3 hours we learned so much about history as well as the everyday lives of the locals. The hotel is small, so reserve early!!
Our stay at Hotel Artus was wonderful! The location in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés is idéal for those looking to be in the thick of a lively area. The room was comfortable and quiet. The use of space was thoughtful and functional. We loved the modern design in a classic Parisian building. The amenities were lovely. Be sure to call ahead and let the staff know your preferences. They were all very gracious and happy to accommodate when possible. We loved the water taps (sparkling on tap!) and bonbons in the lobby, it was nice for getting a refreshing drink after walking all over Paris. Loved the cozy and welcoming lobby. Staff were very welcoming and pleased to arrange for our room to be made up for us each day based on our plans. Hotel Artus is located next to two metro stops and steps away from excellent dining and shopping. We will be back.…
Outstanding hospitality! Sanjay, head consierge and the whole staff of the hotel were very welcoming and always happy to help :) My girlfriend and I enjoyed the whole experience at Artus from breakfast to the comfy bed. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel :).
A nice hotel, with nice and modern rooms. Hotel room with small French balcony and street views. Was maybe a little small, but that's a bit of the charm of the hotel. Breakfast was good, service could have been better. Good location with walking distance to the center.
We were 4 couples, and we all have a great time in the hotel , especially from the conciergerie -sanjay. The location is excellent, there is a lot of restaurants and bar near the hotel, also a metro station 4 minutes by walking
This was our second visit to the Artus and we truly feel that this is our Paris home. from a location point of view one simply cannot beat the position of the Hotel, 3 metro links within 5 min, easy bus routes and easy to walk to the seine and beyond. Rooms are super clean and very cleverly designed for maximum space usage, which is always a plus when traveling. staff at he hotel are welcoming and very speak great English if you cant speak French and in my case tolerate my not so good French without being condescending. it has taken a while to find a hotel that fits all of our requirements in Paris, but we now return here without fail. As always Sanjay shares his vast knowledge of Paris freely and effortlessly organises everything he can to make ones stay and travel smooth and effortless. Breakfasts are a treat and unlike other Paris hotels the range is astounding and really good value for money. i recommend this hotel easily and without any reservation whatsoever. .…
Our family of four stayed in the Exclusive Suite (top floor) for five nights earlier this month. It was magical...the views of St. Germain from the patio are exquisite, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We could walk to the Louve, Musee D'Orsay, Luxembourg Gardens and many fabulous restaurants. The room itself was lovely (two separate areas, with 1.5 baths...AMAZING plus in Paris). Sanjay (chief concierge) was delightful. He knew knew my entire family's names immediately and added little tidbits about every area/museum/restaurant we planned to visit on a given day. I can't recommend this boutique hotel more strongly...do yourself a favor and book this now!
I have been staying at the Artus every two to three years for twenty years now, going back to when it was the Buci Latin. Over the years the name has changed, the decor has changed several times, but what hasn't changed is the consistent high quality of service and staff. Heading it all is Sanjay, the concierge who is the reason we keep returning. All through the years he has been there for us, helping us make the most of our stay in the beautiful Saint-Germain area. Christian in the breakfast room is great also, as is the entire staff. I highly recommend the Artus!
