We stayed here a few days ago.
We booked a classic studio direct with the hotel, we were upgraded to a deluxe studio. Check in was easy, lady who checked us in was pleasant and friendly. Masks are to be worn in all public areas within the hotel.
Our room was decorated beautifully, modern with a small balcony. Bathroom was also modern and had a fantastic shower. Bed was huge and comfy as were the pillows. Really couldn't fault the room whatsoever.
Location, we were a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. There is cafes, restaurants, takeaways, supermarket and metro all within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Rue Cler was literally 2 minutes round the corner, with beautiful food places.
We only stayed 2 nights so no cleaning was involved.
We would absolutely reccomend this hotel and would stay again if ever in Paris.

First time actually taking advantage of a 24+ layover between flights. Romantic vision of an afternoon walking/eating in Paris. Wanted a hotel close to the Seine and Eiffel and this place doesn't disappoint, 2 blocks over and you get a view. Small boutique hotel off a busy street. But isn't everywhere in Paris busy?

Specifics: easily accessible to many different walking sites, balcony suite faced the street with table & chairs, small kitchenette, water/coffee provided, microwave, seating area, very comfortable bed, bathroom small for actually fine.
Hotel staff very helpful, friendly and available. I would stay here again but the price is something to consider. Paris is not cheap.

Now for the reality....last day in Morocco got sick so coming down off food illness just not up to par. Made the walk to the Eiffel, the Seine and Le Concorde and THAT WAS IT. so disappointed to not to be able to spend a few more hours. Husband was longing for a street cafe, wine in hand.
Now back to the room, crawled into the soft bed shut the windows and slept for 12 hours. Probably like the dead. I heard no loud traffic noise and trust me this place faces the street.
Everyone we encountered was nice and helpful, so my fear of rude french was debunked.
so Paris, I will be back.....

My husband and I booked here for a 3 day trip to Paris. We had busy days planned with sightseeing so we didn’t spend much time in the hotel other than sleeping. It is in a good location. We had a view of the Top of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The rooms are decorated nicely. They are pretty compact but I think that is the case with most hotels in Paris. There is a mini kitchen area should you wish to make your own food. The bed was comfortable. The reception is manned 8am - 12am and there is a code to get in outside of those times. The staff were nice. I would stay here again definitely. If you are looking for an outdoor cafe there are lovely ones both left and right along the road.

This is a great Boutique hotel. The rooms were large enough, the balcony was tight but functional, as was the bathroom. We went on the rooftop once and wish we had used it more. The location is very close to the Eiffel Tower, but the neighborhood was quiet which was great for sleeping.

We stayed here in July 2021, room had a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Beautiful. Comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, amenities were just what we needed. If you are cooking (we did not), there are utensils, dishes, stove, etc. Around the corner from Rue Cler, restaurants, grocery stores, transportation. Required Covid test for the U.S. and elsewhere was easily obtained from pharmacy down the street (took only a few minutes). Don't forget to visit the rooftop terrace, it is magnificent. We enjoyed staying in this hotel which felt more like independent apartment living in Paris!

The boutique hotel was beyond our expectations. The room had a gorgeous retro feel to it, and had all the amenities we could possibly need for a two-week stay, including a kitchanette. The staff were all so friendly, especially the lovely lady at the front desk who so kindly translated the packaging on a SIM card I'd bought. Above all the location was the most incredible feature of the hotel. A stone's throw from a metro station to take you to any part of Paris you could want, super close to Rue Cler the most beautiful strio of cafe's, markets and shops, and of course the Eiffel Tower was right around the corner and would peak out from behind buildings the closer you got to it. Just amazing. Especially as the 7th arrondissement has a lovely calm vibe that doesn't at all feel touristy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

Dear Amy, first of all, thank you for taking the time to leave us your opinion on your stay and our establishment, we are delighted that it went well. Secondly the needs of our customers are our priority, and seeing your satisfaction leads us to improve our services in order to make your stay perfect. Indeed, rue Cler is a very pretty, and touristy street where you can find several restaurants and shops to buy small souvenirs for the family. We hope that you will be back for your next stay in Paris. Sincerely, The Rayz Eiffel team :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and it did not disappoint. We were pleasantly surprised by the mini kitchenette and fridge. We went to a wine shop over by the Artisan Boulangerie and then stopped for some cheese, meats, and etc. It was nice sitting on the small terrace with our little meal and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle (on the hour for 5 minutes).
Your staff was amazing. The two different girls working were very busy, but always had a pleasant demeanor. We had arrived early and they stored our baggage. When we came back to check in, they had taken our bags up to our room already.
Also, no front desk overnight. So if you need them to call a taxi for an early departure.. make sure to schedule it ahead of time. Our driver was at our hotel promptly had the scheduled arrival to take us to CDG.
Make sure to tip the front desk if they move your bags or make reservations on your behalf. We will absolutely be back!

Rayz Eiffel impressed us and then some! The staff was lovely. The room was just as pictured; maybe even better. The rooftop is magical. We had a room with a balcony and Eiffel Tower view. It was a dream for us to watch the Tower twinkle at night while sipping wine and noshing on cheese from our own balcony. The kitchenette was great. We had ample plates, pans, glasswares etc. The neighborhood was excellent. Restaurants and cafes galore, all within 2 mins walk. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the warm hospitality.

If you want to stay near the Eiffel Tower then book here. We were originally booked at the Pullman but had an issue with them so switched here on the day we arrived and are so glad we did. This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are very nice. The staff is friendly as well. The rooftop access is a nice bonus! Book it!

Loved the location of this hotel. We were very close to the metro, Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We stayed in the duplex room and our kids LOVED the stairs in the room and said it was the best hotel ever. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and romantic. The bathroom was bright and modern and had everything we needed. We had a kitchenette, which we used more than I was expecting and it was nice to have a fridge. We had breakfast delivered every morning and it was always fresh and delicious. Would stay here again!
