A great location and old style hotel with lovely staff. Happy to speak English and helpful. Maybe walk down the road for Le petite dejeunier as the restaurant is quite pricey. Five minutes walk to The Louvre and in the heart of the action. Metro right outside.

I love l'Hotel Du Louvre. Whether you pick a room overlooking the Avenue de l'Opera or one over the Rue de Rivoli, you will feel the magic of sleeping right next to the Musee du Louvre, home of all these tremendous treasures of art and archeology. The Louvre used to be home to royalty before Louis the XIV moved the...

The staff was fantastic and gifted us with a generous welcome amenity. The location could not be better and the hotel is spacious and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and had nice soaking tubs which was a wonderful treat at the end of a long day of walking. On our way out we had a...

We arrived early to the hotel on March 15, 2017 knowing that our room might not be ready for check-in. It wasn't. So we went out on the town and had a great day arriving back at 3:30pm. Unfortunately, our room still wasn't ready and we were exhausted. The manager, Benjamin, professionally and nicely explained the situation and quickly got...

We spent 5 nights at the hotel and loved it. We had two twin rooms which were lovely. After a delay in checking in for one of the rooms we were offered a number of offers to "make it up", we suggested a small treat for the boys (14yr olds) after dinner. Not only did we receive two beautiful desserts...

Hotel is being upgraded mid 2017 hopefully will improve as great location and lovely staff. My room was dated 1980s and was not up to the usual Hyatt standards. Would stay again after refit as they are in an I deal location.

Really nice hotel, excellent location, staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were big and clean. Staff spoke English fluently which was important for us. They had good restaurant recommendations and offered to help as needed.
