Not a palace, but an efficient clean room in a fabulous location. After 3 weeks in France, I can rate the staff as outstanding. The breakfast was a good value, the WIFI always worked, but not enough storage space to unpack two suitcases

A small, lovely hotel in the middle of Paris. Great placement and a lovely view from the 6th floor. Nice, clean rooms and bathrooms, and great service! We can really recommend a stay at the Grand Hotel Malher!

Just off the very busy Rue de Rivoli this is a small hotel that is well placed for exploring the sights of Paris. Also being in Le Marais you are surrounded by bars restaurants. Choice of 2 Metro depending where you are going. Often walked to Notre Dame and you pass many eateries. Hotel offers breakfast in the cellar -... More

Across the street from a metro. Wide selection of shopping and bakeries and restaurant options around every corner. No matter where in the city you would like to go, staying at this location will have you close to everything.

I can't recommend the location more! Very well located on a quiet street in the Marais, very close to the St Paul metro station. The room was small, but very high quality. The bathroom was great, with a great shower with a rainforest showerhead. The linen and bedding quite good. The hotel was well-appointed, clean. Nothing but good to report.... More

Everything about this hotel is excellent - location, cleanliness, breakfast, staff. Highly recommended. The hotel is a short walk from the metro. Convenient to shops, cafes, museums, etc. and of course it's in the Marais.

Short stay in Paris. The hotel room was clean, modern, with a great shower. The absence of a bath tub did not both us. The bed was comfortable, but our double room was small with no room to walk around the bed. The location of the hotel is great for everything inc metro, museums, parks, and restaurants. Although the room... More

the area is very nice, a lot of small shops are open also on sundays. The hotel itself was perfect for us. We ordered breakfast to our room one morning. Everything very good. Also ordering a taxi worked out perfectly fine. Trip with the taxi to CDG was 40minutes.

After we got used to the small size of the room, little space for our belongings and lack of a bathtub, we really liked this hotel. This is Paris! (and expect small rooms). The bedroom and bathroom were updated including having very good reading lights near the bed, a great shower and good quality toiletries. The location was perfect for... More

Great for what we needed, in a very cool area, close enough to most of the popular attractions. Near a metro stop. Room was clean, modern, the best bed we had all trip. Good breakfast downstairs with croissants and coffee. Shower head came right from the ceiling and was a nice change. Would certainly recommend if you are looking to... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
