What a charming boutique hotel in the center of Le Marais (4). The staff was friendly and helpful. Their English was much better then my French. The room was small, as you would expect from Paris but what a view from the little balcony to stir and have your morning coffee (which they deliver to room) or a glass of... More

Located in the Marais, this tiny little hotel is a gem. Although small it exudes charm. From it's museum quality lobby to it's petite chambres. There is even a compact elevator, large enough to fit us and both our suitcases however. Though small, our room was well equipped. We each had a large closet on either side of the beds.... More

My husband, baby, and I stayed here for three nights in October 2016. The front desk staff was helpful and nice. The location can't be beat - you're within walking distance of so many good restaurants and there's such a great vibe in Le Marais. They provided a baby cot for us (probably the nicest one we've ever had at... More

Had a wonderful stay there for 5 nights. The hotel is small, but well designed with beautiful and attractive Paris-style ornament. Fully fulfilled my expectation for a French boutique hotel. Receptionists are warm and hospitable; and ready to give advices. Small room and Tiny bathroom too, but clean! One of highlights on my stay was the Breakfast set they serve.... More

Five friends vacationed in Paris and Provence. We stayed in this darling and charming hotel and we all loved it. Staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The location was perfect and very chic, with lots of cafes, boutiques and close connections to Paris museums and attractions. As our introduction to France, this very personal and intimate hotel... There isn't a part of this hotel that isn't charming. Everything is decorated in quaint period charm - the rooms, the elevator, the hallways, and the lobby. The front desk staff are kind, patient and helpful. The location is right in the heart of the busy Marais district, so a few steps out the door in any direction and find... More

The hotel is cute and charming but the bathrooms are outdated--no shower curtain and you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms. They need to update the tile in the bathroom and try to make the room feel nice. The Kleenex was in a ratty box thrown under the sink. Feels more like I'm in an aunts old house opposed... More

This was a small traditional French hotel. Very beautiful and ornate. We got an upgrade to a king sized bed when we arrived. Hotel staff was amazing. We sat down to our first French breakfast and was overwhelmed at how incredible French food is. We had plenty to eat and great conversation with the other guests. The hotel was close... More

I have been to Paris many times and wanted to stay in the Marais this time. I love the location. There were two choices for a metro stop. It was just a short walk to the Seine and of course a short walk to the heart of the Marais. Our room was small but most rooms are in Paris. This... More

Ideal for those who value feeling like they are in Paris when in their hotel room, more than they value all the standard boring comforts of your standard boring big name hotels. Okay some rooms are small and the carpets and towels may not be plush international chain standard, but the room comes with a surfeit of Parisian charm instead!... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
