I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean the hotel is very clean. It is a five-star hotel on the standards of Paris and a level six in the world of Hyatt level standard. The staff were so kind and treated us like family. They were very polite to us in our lack of speaking French and even were very cute to help us annunciate some of our French words without making us feel like we were not prepared to be in a foreign country and not speak the language. As most of the hotels in Paris are smaller the rooms were a really significant size for the area and even with staying at other Hyatt resorts in America and other parts of the world not having a separate restaurant did not seem to make a difference to us. The five star delicious food was served in a separate lounge area that felt much like a private restaurant. We will be going back in a few months to stay again with them because of our great experience with the staff and the hotel. …
Great luxurious hotel. Excellent service…. Especially the front office manager, David who went out of his way to ensure our comfort and a great experience. Excellent breakfast. I would recommend the suite… loads of space and a homelike feel.very close to many popular places such as the champs elysees, Rue Faubourg st honore. Printemps and galleries Lafayette.
This hotel was absolutely amazing - the staff was incredibly nice and the location was top notch!! We easily walked to the Eiffel Towet, Notre Dame and Le Marais. Shopping district is nearby - St Honore is a 10 min walk. Breakfast every morning was delicious. We will definitely be back!
I consider The Hyatt Madeline to be my address in Paris as my family and I have stayed here between. 50 and 100 nights over the past decade, typically an annual trip in late summer. (Currently I’m Globalist status, highest in Hyatt program.) Having said that, I feel that the hotel is operating better now than ever before! The Hyatt Madeline is the perfect balance of luxury, location, familiarity and friendliness like a blend between a boutique hotel and a Park Hyatt, which is appropriate because this was the original Park Hyatt Paris before then current one was finished. The cuisine program is excellent and at a very high standard under Chef Sebastian Roux. All the ingredients are thoughtfully sourced and all the dishes I have ordered are delicious. I consider the food to have reached a destination worthy level. In particular, I implore you to order the “Supreme farmhouse poultry roasted with bay leaf” (room service) as it is a dish I have thought about for the past year since my last visit. We just finished eating a late evening burger tonight and appreciate the Chef Julien preparing it late as the kitchen was transitioning. Breakfast is always satisfying and also is to a great standard. I always work from the room and have found the internet to be good with no problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we always look forward to returning each year. This is also a location which is central but a good mix of office workers, residents and modest tourist traffic. My suggestion is to request a room along the front of the hotel, Blvd Malesherbes if possible to get the full Parisian experience.…
For my second stay here I came with 2 nieces ( teenagers). Check in was amazing. It was very warm in Paris and with some fresh drinks and cooling towels they provided a welcoming touch. We stayed at a family room on the 5th floor with inside view. 2 separate rooms are connected by a small hallway that had it’s own door connecting to the central corridor. So the girls had their own privac, but where close by. Both rooms have their own bathroom. Every one who works here is very friendly. Hyatt has the best beds in the hotel world and the location is close by 2 metro stations and you can walk to multiple monuments. I can only highly recommend this hotel.
excellent location, beautiful rooms, reasonably priced we brought 5 kids with us and they loved the rooms as well everything was within walking distance including the shopping to all major high end stores ( Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Goyard ect) and the Galleries Lafayette near the opera house
All the staff were very professional, helpful and welcoming. Felt COVID safe as the property was extremely clean. Social distancing was maintained where possible. Breakfast choices were superb and loved the lounge area and welcome drink. The hotel is well situated and we enjoyed exploring the 8th arrondissement.
Travel can provide the most outstanding experiences, which was the case with the Hyatt Paris Madeleine. This charming gem is located in a quiet convenient neighborhood walkable to the Opera and department stores Printemps and Galleries Lafayette. Check in/out was a breeze and cleanliness evident everywhere. There is a cozy bar on the ground floor with comfortable lounge seating, a soothing fireplace, excellent waitstaff and a gorgeous skylight designed by the Ateliers Gustave Eiffel. We ate 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner in our room, with every item so delicious. Best of all was the consistently superb customer service from the front desk team and room service, especially the amazing Margaux who contacted us in advance to help plan our memorable visit - She even personally greeted us upon arrival and continued to check on us during our stay. We loved our time here!…
The Hyatt Paris Madeleine exceeded my family's expectations. The room was large and the service was impeccable. One of our best meals in Paris was dinner at the Hyatt Madeleine. The staff attended to our every need and were always very friendly and accommodating. Truly exceptional service!
The hospitality at Hyatt Madeleine is of the very highest order. Set in the Madeleine area, close to everything yet relatively quiet the hotel is of just 85 rooms. Highlights included a clean, comfortable and spacious room, friendly smiling staff , excellent service and superb food. After many years of travel we say that we have never enjoyed a hotel stay this much before. Annette and Don. Australia
