Amazing hotel, amazing service, amazing rooms. Truly a 5 star experience. We stayed here for four nights on our Honeymoon. It made our trip to Paris just that much better! We can't wait to come back with the kids someday!
The location of the room is superb, just on the side street of Champs Élysées. When you walk to Champs Élysées, it’s about 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe by foot. The hotel is like a theater, dim light, old photos on the wall, dark red carpet on the floor, everything has a classic and chilled vibe. The room is very comfortable, fresh fruit every day, the refrigerator bar is free if I remember correctly, the breakfast is Western, the breakfast can reach the level of a premium afternoon tea. Service needs some improvements for sure
We were staying at the hotel Le Naoura. We had breakfast there which is a fabulous buffet. We were warmly greeted and seated and immediately offered coffee, water and freshly squeezed orange. A delicious varied buffet with chef in attendance. Something for everyone. We also had dinner twice. On both occasions there was similar high standards of food and service. The food was excellent, I sampled the tagines and my husband had a John Dory perfectly filleted at the table. We drank the Moroccan wine Sahari the rosé and red were excellent. Once again as with the hotel, the interior is very cosy Parisian style with outside seating too.
Could say many many wonderful things so here’s our short list. (1) Gabriella at front desk check-in will make you smile by her authentic and enthusiastic presence. (2) First impressions are everything. Lobby is nice but underwhelming compared to the Four Seasons and Hotel de Crillon BUT the service is what shined! We arrived prior to checkin and received such welcome service in both the lobby and bar. (3) Daily breakfast is a formule (pre-fixe). Fabulous! Coffee is fantastic too. (4) The bar near the front entrance has a fun vibe with a younger crowd while the winter courtyard is relaxing and fun under the heat lamps. There’s also a Veuve Clicquot igloo with seating. (5) The hammam, pools and sauna are first class, and so is the fitness staff. All staff are fantastic. (6) Location is fantastic. (7) Room was extra large for Paris, outfitted with all the luxuries. (8) Lots of hospitality expressed in extras/lagniappe—such as complimentary Evian and mini-bar, and little extras with drink orders such as high end chocolates and pastries. There was one drawback. If you need sleep, avoid room 301. It faces the courtyard and there’s an alarm that systematically goes off every 10 minutes. We noticed the alarm would start shortly before 11pm and continue beyond sunrise. We could not block the sound despite our efforts to keep windows sealed shut. It has the sound of a high pitch, shrill car alarm. The staff said they weren’t aware of it and when approached a second night, they said it wasn’t part of the hotel and that only the police could turn it off. Other than the night alarm, which kept us awake for several hours multiple nights, the hotel staff charmed us by their stellar service and first class, do-anything-to-make-your-stay-amazing attitudes. …
First time we visit Paris and a first at this hotel chain. One word... WOW. This hotel made our experience at Paris even better. Not sure how to summarize our stay because everything was great, but some highlights... the breakfast is delicious ! I recommend ordering the cappuccino, the foam has a different design every time we ordered one. House keeping does a great job and even organized our "mess". I was also impressed with the lady (don't know her name) that greeted us. She remember our name every time we saw her throughout our stay.Overall, the attention to detail, the location, and the food was very good.
