Hôtel Barrièr Fouquet's went above and beyond our expectations of anything we had ever imagined possible. From the very beginning, before I had even made a reservation, Soléne, (our host(?)), was always quick to respond to my many questions. Soléne had an integral part in our choosing to go with this hotel. Soléne also had an integral part in making sure our visit and stay was perfection, 'bar none'. We used the hotels chauffer service to and from the airport, which I would highly(!) recommend. Extremely professional. When we had arrived at the hotel, Soléne, along with other staff were awaiting our arrival to welcome us to Hôtel Barrièr Fouquet's. Such a lovely act to help us feel truly welcomed to their hotel. We decided to stay in the Champs Elysées room, which was definitely worth the extra money paid. We happened to arrive on the day of the World Cup's Final game between France and Argentina. I can't describe the joy it brought us to be able to see the fan's excitement while running down the middle of the (shut down) Champs Elysées with each score that was made. The other days it was wonderful to be able to look down on the bustling Champs Elysées filled with holiday shoppers enjoying the festive shops and beautiful lights throughout the iconic thoroughfare. The mini bar was wonderful! Yummy treats, and a great selection of n/a drinks. Our 'breakfast included' made our jaws drop the first morning it was brought into our room. The cart, with a heated container below, would be wheeled into our room, and everything would be set out meticulously on the bright white tablecloth. My favorite, yummiest dish was the pain par deu with chocolate sauce and strawberry jam. (Craving!!).
Soléne made our stay that much more special by taking the time to write us thoughtful, personal notes here and there. These notes would be awaiting us after returning back to our room from a long day. Soléne was very perceptive as to how I was feeling health-wise. She had noticed that I had not left the room for an entire day, and had asked the next day if I was doing okay, and if she could set a massage up for me. I told her that I was okay, and that I think I'll skip the massage. The next time we had returned to our room, there was a card awaiting us, tied with red Fouquet's ribbon, and a note inside saying I have 2 complimentary hydro-massages that I can use at their spa anytime. The spa is exceptionally beautiful btw! I I could keep going on and on about the wonderfulness of this hotel, and it's 'entire' staff. They were all exceptional! Thank you Barrièr Fouquet's, and Soléne, for making the celebration of our 40th Anniversary magical.

We were staying at the hotel Le Naoura. We had breakfast there which is a fabulous buffet. We were warmly greeted and seated and immediately offered coffee, water and freshly squeezed orange. A delicious varied buffet with chef in attendance. Something for everyone. We also had dinner twice. On both occasions there was similar high standards of food and service. The food was excellent, I sampled the tagines and my husband had a John Dory perfectly filleted at the table. We drank the Moroccan wine Sahari the rosé and red were excellent. Once again as with the hotel, the interior is very cosy Parisian style with outside seating too.

The location of the room is superb, just on the side street of Champs Élysées. When you walk to Champs Élysées, it’s about 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe by foot. The hotel is like a theater, dim light, old photos on the wall, dark red carpet on the floor, everything has a classic and chilled vibe. The room is very comfortable, fresh fruit every day, the refrigerator bar is free if I remember correctly, the breakfast is Western, the breakfast can reach the level of a premium afternoon tea. Service needs some improvements for sure

First time we visit Paris and a first at this hotel chain. One word... WOW. This hotel made our experience at Paris even better. Not sure how to summarize our stay because everything was great, but some highlights... the breakfast is delicious ! I recommend ordering the cappuccino, the foam has a different design every time we ordered one. House keeping does a great job and even organized our "mess". I was also impressed with the lady (don't know her name) that greeted us. She remember our name every time we saw her throughout our stay.Overall, the attention to detail, the location, and the food was very good.

We stayed at Le Barriere/ Fouquets for four nights. The hotel feels very intimate, like a well kept secret getaway. The staff is amazing….from the good humored doorman, Clifford, who made my birthday so special, to the dining staff for breakfast and the concierge. The housekeeping staff is some of the best we have ever experienced.

Our room was lovely. Overlooking the garden, which made it very quiet at night. This is a good central location to explore Paris, with lots of excitement on the streets below, including some of the worlds greatest shops! We would not hesitate to come here again.

Overall a very comfortable stay and I won’t hesitate to return or recommend! . Although the hotel has a very relaxed and informal vibe (which we appreciate) the service is impeccable and the rooms are gorgeous (and large) and also well appointed. Everything was clean and comfortable and well thought out. The location (a short distance from the Arc de Triomphe) was an added bonus. Overall we left feeling rested and dare say, pampered!

We traveled to Paris, London, Venice, Rome & Barcelona and stayed in all 5 star hotels. This hotel, by far, was the best and ended our month long trip. They were quick, courteous and attentive to everything we needed. They gave us an amazing upgrade that you couldn't believe until you walked into the room. On Multiple times they would put stuff in our room to just tell us thank you for being there. We own multiple hotels so understand how hard it is to ensure your customers feel special and that all of their needs are met. We also stay at a lot of 5 star hotels. This one made us feel like we were royalty and ensured our every need was met. I want to thank Jeffrey the Rooms Director and all of the staff for everything they did for us. We also ate at the restaurant multiple times and they walked us in and ensured we had seats without waiting. We ended at this hotel and it made our trip priceless. Thanks for everything

You wont be greeted by a hard polished marble lobby. It’s a bit of a step back in time to a classic hotel. Carpeted and paneled, It’s vintage but not worn nor tattered. Rooms are nicely updated.
Staff were always friendly and helpful. The concierge was always ready with suggestions and arrangements. Our stay began with a much appreciated early check in and ended with an early departure
With a thoughtful breakfast
Packed for our taxi ride.
A nice touch unlikely at the
The priciest luxury hotels down
The road.

I’ve always booked hotels in Paris with wary as even the most advertised 5 star properties seemed to disappoint ( either shoebox rooms or blasé service). I am so glad to have made the decision to stay at here ! Nearing the days to your arrival , the team will call you to prepare for your arrival , and as celebrating our anniversary was the main reason for our stay, they made sure we had a nice surprise in our room. The deluxe room that we stayed in faced George V , and was nicely renovated and updated with a beautiful white marble bathroom and all the luxuries fit for 5 stars. The sound proofing is spectacular. The concierge team ( Ms Melina!) is fantastic and they really did a great job with our requests during the trip. The entire team - you can see their hard work and genuine sincerity in their service. The breakfast was of very high standard as well. Overall the property has a dark velvety old glam feeling but the rooms r surprisingly bright, large & renovated . I’ve already recommended this hotel to everyone I know !
