My wife and I just returned from a four night stay at this exquisite hotel. From start to finish, the service provided was excellent. The concierge was terrific - restaurant recommendations, concert tickets, etc. Our Jr Suite was amazing. The location of hotel is fantastic in the heart of the Le Marais! Very simply, no complaints!

This was our third time here because we have always loved the Place des Vosges and had been previously very well looked after by the Pavillon, but we disappointed with our visit this time. Perhaps it may have been because we booked a smaller room (the deluxe) than previous, or perhaps it was because it was only one night but... More

On the Place de Vosges, in its own green, flower filled courtyard this boutique hotel is a member of the small luxury hotels of the world group. The entire staff is very accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Besides the charming courtyard with ample outdoor seating, the lounge is very well appointed and serves as the breakfast area, quiet spot for a... More

Utterly charming hotel, on the Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful squares in Paris. Brilliantly located for the Notre Dame, the Left Bank, the whole of the Marais, and the Place de la Bastille. The service in the hotel is great - we had a car collect us from Gare du Nord, and then they arranged a taxi... More

We loved the location and walked all over Paris from there. The room was tiny and things didn't work as they should at this level. The shower doesn't drain well and the slightly moldy curtain is too long so you either have to stand on it while showering or put it to the outside and flood your bathroom. Even with... More

A very pleasant , lovely hotel. Exceptional breakfasts. Perfect location just off the Place des Vosges with stacks of restaurants around. Small room [ but this is Paris ] was a little noisy - early morning foot noise above? General ambience is impeccable , all low key & staff pleasant & helpful at all times. Concierge knows his stuff.

The location of this hotel is perfect for access to most all of the wonderful sights, museums, and restaurants. It's a cute neighborhood, and quiet, right across the street from Place do Vosges. Some reviews comment on the 2-story rooms being tight, but they're just fine for 2 people. It's a holiday and an adventure, right? The common areas are... More

Le Pavillon de la Reine is a lovely hotel. The rooms are immaculate; the personnel was knowledgeable, helpful, and VERY KIND; the facilities - both the interior and exterior - were very "sophisticated" and comfortable. Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
