A perfect Parisian getaway! My partner and I stayed for four nights for our honeymoon and could not have been better looked after. From the impeccable service to the beautiful and very comfortable rooms, through to the delicious food in restaurant Anne, we could not have had a better or more special stay.
Lovely hotel, lovely location, lovely staff. Warm, friendly, helpful staff really make this beautiful place the perfect place to stay in Paris. It’s a glorious building in a glorious location but the standout is the wonderful staff.
The location and hotel energy is wonderful. I never had a problem and always felt welcome. My wife and I would stay at least 7-10 nights a stay. However, yesterday I had a very disappointing and frustrating moment. My wife and I and a friend wanted to have a drink at the lobby and we were asked to leave due to internal policy for no external guests. Knowing that there were more than 8 empty tables. I’ve stayed in many hotels both luxury and boutique hotels. What I’ve seen in hospitality is that you take care of your regular customers even if it’s against your internal policy not to take external hotel guests. I’ve informed the restaurant manager that I’m a regular and she insistent for us to leave. This feels very one sided and I don’t think I’ll ever stay in this hotel again. I’ve asked my complaint email to be forwarded to the general manager. However, I’ve received an email from the commercial director. Very big disappointment……
This hotel is a beautiful hidden gem in one of Paris' most gorgeous areas (La Marais). Not only is the location fantastic and walking distance twosome of the best cafes, restaurants, patisseries, and ice cream spots, but the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Sitting in the courtyard sipping on a glass of rose was probably one of my most memorable moments during my solo Parisian trip. The breakfast was delicious with an abundance of options. The room, wow. I had asked for a room with a view and was given a room with three views; over looking some of Paris' most beautiful architecture, quaint streets, and overlooking the courtyard. I will be coming back again!
We stayed at this lovely hotel for a week. It was extremely busy but the staff were so professional and focused on the well being of their guests. The concierge staff were constantly bombarded with requests and handled everything magnificently. The night concierge staff had found us restaurant reservations prior to our visit and every one was excellent. The food at the hotel was exquisite and the courtyard elegant and welcoming. Our room was very well air conditioned which turned out to be such a blessing because of the high temperatures in Paris that week. The bed was large a very comfortable and I am very particular about beds.
This is my favourite hotel in Paris - in the Place des Vosges, which is a beautiful square in the Marais. I have been coming to this hotel for years, and I feel very at home every time I return. The Place des Vosges is architecturally sublime, and the hotel,is tucked away in its own lovely courtyard which is a real sum trap on a sunny day.. Service is outstanding, the rooms are beautiful and well equipped, the food is excellent - what more can I say?
Bad experience! Confusion with my reservation and payment through a their party travel website. Vanessa at the hotel is just flat out dishonest! My room smelled like a dead hamster! Slow wifi, big gap under the front door so anything that happens in the hall you hear everything, snobby staff who don't want to be bothered dealing with fundamental issues. Was over charged and the curreny exchange rate they gave me was a absolute ripoff. Two nights was too long in this property.
Very professional and welcoming staff. We enjoyed breakfast in the dining room and drinks in the courtyard. Rooms are quiet and well done. Location is great for exploring the Marais area and close to the metro stop I will stay here again
This is a very good hotel in a great area, the Marais, with plenty to see and do within walking distance. Extremely friendly staff, our suite was very spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was fantastic. Such a perfect hotel for a stay in Paris!
I can't praise this hotel and staff highly enough. This is our 3rd trip to Paris and we always try to stay in a different area. Our room was lovely (room 52), so clean and spacious for Paris. The breakfast was delicious and such good quality. We have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and are very fussy. The concierges recommended two great brasseries in the neighbourhood and were very knowledgeable. All the staff were so great and I work in hospitality myself. Well done guys.
