I understand that my experience suppose to be amazing, this hotel is right in the centre of everything, shopping, landmark etc. but I was let down because of an argument between whether or not I should get my third night complimentary, I booked through amex travel and was confirmed at every level with written document that there is a third...

This was a return visit and we were again delighted with the hotel and their wonderful service. We booked a deluxe room through Leader's Club and were upgraded to a suite--spacious, elegantly decorated and serene. We asked for a room overlooking the courtyard and it was very quiet (though sound can travel from adjacent rooms if they are occupied, as...

Hotel Lancaster feels like someone’s personal home, and is a true gem in the center of Paris. We stayed for three nights in mid-March. As members of LHW Leader’s Club, we used a free night for one of the three, but the free night was only redeemable for a Classic room. So, we booked intending to stay in a Classic...

My adult daughter and I spent several days in Paris recently and very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Lancaster, situated conveniently within a block of the Champs-Elysees. We booked through AmEx Fine Hotels and were upgraded to a roomy twin-bed suite with a view over the interior garden. Because we'd arrived early, the room wasn't yet ready, so...

Great location, ambience, and luxury. Wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it without hesitation. The breakfast buffet is perfect. We were there in February, so couldn't use the courtyard, but it is a perfect place to stay in Paris.

Our rooms were large and immaculate. Clarins bath products and very nice breakfast. I recommend highly - we did a long weekend and the location was great for seeing the city. Close to arch and shopping. Beautifully quaint yet high end. Such a great walking city and so much to see. ”

“I have no advice, as I did not see any of the other rooms.”
  • Safe only accessible by kneeling and viewing a few inches above floor level. Drop not enough to
  • Only other cupboard has no shelves.
  • The sink looked as though it suffered from an unpleasant infection
  • No space in the sink area or bathroom for a reasonable amount of toiletries needed for 3 nights.
