From the first contact with the reception you realize that you have entered a structure that favors customer attention and the satisfaction of their needs. I'd say the Bristol is a splendid hotel First of all you immediately notice the beauty of the building, the refinement and taste of the furnishings, the works of art you encounter in every corner of the hotel, the enchanting garden, the restaurant, the perfection of every detail; moreover bedding and linens were comfort at its finest. It is also evident the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and, in particular, of that of the reception, order and cleanliness that reign in all spaces and at all hours of the day; the quality and richness of the breakfast offer in which eggs and fruit juices stand out. Not to be overlooked is the location, which is excellent for those wishing to visit the city; There are many places within walking distance, the subways are the main springboard to move in such a vast city and the hotel is just minutes from the subway, As for my room, the room was very quiet and sleep quality was very good, super comfortable beds with clean luxurious to the max linen that ensured a great nights sleep ; both for the furnishings composed of luxurious curtains and furniture, I can only reiterate the appreciation expressed so far: spacious, comfortable, welcoming, tasteful and perfectly soundproofed, despite the central position with two large windows and a large bathroom with nice shower, equipped with everything you need. High quality bathroom products. truly a jewel of a hotel (my visit dates back to 2019)

Hotel's Favorite
A week-end away in Paris for a birthday, everything was just exceptional... From our arrival when Cristina at Reception welcomed us and had the kindest attentions for the kids to the departure with Jean at Concierge looking after us until the last second... The location is perfect with all the art galeries and the most amazing shops around. The service is second to none but more important, the kindness of the staff: they are always ready to go the extra mile to make your stay special... The room was beautiful, the bedding was just divine: I cannot remember the last time we had such a good sleep ! The amenities were just the sweetest for the kids who also had an amazing time at the kid's club and let's not forget the macaroons on arrival...to die for. The breakfast was also delicious. Unfortunately we did not have the time to enjoy the restaurant. Thank you all for such an incredible stay !

Dear guest, We were delighted to see your posting on TripAdvisor following your January week-end in Paris to celebrate a special birthday. It could not be more rewarding for us to know that the children had a wonderful time also ! Cristina, on the Front Desk is truly a pearl. I am sure she made the children feel very important ! Thrilled that they were able to enjoy the Kid’s Club during your stay. True that our location is very convenient, not only to many of the City’s key attractions, but yes we are surrounded by wonderful art galleries, and minutes away from the choicest boutiques in the City. Thank you for mentioning the room bedding. We do receive many positive comments, and do know that we actually sell not only the bedding at our boutique, Eden Being, but even the mattresses and boxsprings ! Nothing is more important than a good night’s sleep ! Frédéric will pass on to the Pastry Chef Julien Alvarez, your appreciation for his macaroons. Perhaps on a future visit, we could show you how the pastry team prepare the macaroons ! Pleased that the family enjoyed the breakfast experience also ! Frédéric was also happy to know that you found the amenities for the children top ! Sonia will pass on your thanks to Jean on her Concierge team who was keen to look after you from the start of your weekend until the last moment. We trust you and the family are well. In these unpresedented circumstances, we wish you all our very best. Stay safe, and be well. Looking forward to another family visit when you can plan a return visit to Paris ! Sincerely,

the Bristol hotel is the best hotel and a must-stay for sophisticated travelers. From the moment we walked in we were made very welcome. This hotel offers incredible five-star service: the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, with beautiful marble bathrooms and an large shower; about the room the most striking details are the high quality smooth silk sheets which gave the perfect sleep after the after the long drive, the bed was just heaven; i travel a lot, but I've never had such a confortable bed and such soft and fresh linen; I chose this hotel for its superb location, within easy walking distance of everything i wanted to see; starting with the Louvre and its beautiful square, the Avenue des Champs-Élysées and other attractions of the French capital. I recommend it for the high quality of everything from the well appointed bedding and bathrooms to the excellent service from the multilingual staff. The gardens are perfectly manicured making the hotel a green oasis. The restaurants we went to were delightful with still perfect service. A real must for a magical holiday

Dear guest, Thank you so much for your uplifting posting on TripAdvisor earlier this week. What was so lovely was that you have held wonderful memories of your stay at Le Bristol Paris since last December! In these unprecedented and uncertain times, so many of us are keen to be able to travel as in the past, or close to that rhythm in any case. We are terribly flattered that your guest experience at Le Bristol was such that you consider it a must-stay for sophisticated travelers. So happy to know that you were made to feel welcome from the moment you arrived at the front door. We are fortunate to have a talented and passionate team that understand that it is all about the guest. Last year Chef Eric Frechon celebrated his 20 years at Le Bristol, and 10 years with the three Michelin stars. The food and beverage offer is extensive, and so much appreciated by our local following, that no matter what challenging times we have faced over the past five years in Paris, those regular Parisians are more and more fervent big ambassadors for Le Bristol. During the first seven months of the year we were able to redo our already wonderful garden with Lady Arabella Lennox Boyd. We are very excited for you to see it now as it is more spectacular than ever. The hardscape layout remains the same; however, allowing for a more cozy and confidential dining during those warm Parisian days and evenings. Delighted too that you found the quality of our bed linen trop rate. We receive so many compliments. The number of bed mattress and box springs we receive inquiries on is also interesting to note. These most basic elements are fundamentally important for a high-end palace. We also have many guests comments on the spaciousness of our guest bathrooms, including the showers, and the fact that with all the white wall-to-wall marble, the space is also very bright. Thank you for pointing out how pristine you found our room accommodations to be, and that you really noticed all the attention to the details. At the end of the day that is what it is all about. We look forward to you spending another magical holiday with us when the time is appropriate. In the meantime, stay safe, and be well. Best wishes, LM

I stayed at this luxury hotel twice ; now I have clearer ideas about the Bristol hotel a few years ago and and before the pandemic began and although I have traveled often in life i have to say This place could not be any better. For location, furniture, the considerable amount of fine marble in the room, service and just great attention to detail this hotel cannot be beaten,in fact the standards of cleanliness and quality of the bed linen are just awesome. A big thanks for making my stay here again so enjoyable: I love to walk to explore the cities, so having such comfortable bed gave me a great night's sleep and made me wake very refreshed every day.what I really appreciated were the luxurious and spotless cool linens, they were truly very high quality, absolutely the finest sheets I've had in a hotel ; although I have had few contacts with the staff as I do not speak French I have noticed that they are very competent and affable staff. I liked the breakfast, rich and varied. Best location if you want to be in the heart of shopping and walking distance to great attractions, The location is perfect with all the art galeries:rue du Faubourg Saint Honore, within walking distance to shopping and metro. the room, spacious, airy and light, was clean and well appointed, moreover My room overlooked the beautiful garden, the room was just phenomenal. you have a great view of Paris. And the bathrooms, beautifully designed with a big shower, marble, including the walls, and once again I was impressed with the sophistication of the bristol hotel; to conclude: the perfect hotel for a perfect holiday

Dear guest, Thank you for thinking about us during these recent weeks. This has been such an unprecedented year for the entire world, that it is very reassuring when one looks back with fond memories of a visit to Paris in January 2020, and with us at Le Bristol Paris. We truly appreciate your posting on TripAdvisor. It is true that many visitors rave about our location, its proximity to the best choices in shopping, art galleries, and so many of the major attractions in the City. After having been with us twice, we were also so pleased to read that you appreciated the sophisticated décor of Le Bristol Paris, be it from the furniture down to the quality of the marble. As yourself, many of our guests are most impressed with our bright large bathrooms, double sinks, large shower, and wall-to-wall marble. Glad too that you found the room to be spacious, bright, and well-appointed. We wanted to also point out that during the first seven months of the year we were able to completely redo our garden. The hard surface remains the same in size; however, the gardens are more spectacular than ever. Lady Arabella Lennox Boyd’s vision has done a brilliant job, and I am certain you will be keen with the results. Most of our rooms and suites have charming views of either the garden, or the chimney tops of the City. Actually many look over one or more of the memorable monuments in Paris. Aurélie, our Director on the Rooms side of our business, was delighted to see that you truly found the choice of bedding, and linens luxurious. A restful sleep is at the top of priorities for most travelers, and as you mentioned you take such joy in exploring cities on foot that a good night’s sleep is always appreciated. We were also thrilled that you found the attention to detail and cleanliness of the Hotel not be beaten. It is of utmost importance to us that the Hotel be always maintained in a pristine condition. Just like a good night’s sleep, nothing is more important than starting the day off with a good breakfast. So pleased that you found the choice varied. Very happy to know that your impressions of our staff were not only efficient, but also professional, and personable. Thank you for that! We loved your conclusion. The perfect hotel for a perfect holiday. Hoping to see you in the not too distant future. In the meantime, stay safe, and be well. LM

I have just completed a two-week stay at Le Bristol following an unavoidable work commitment in Paris. The hotel is on top form and was a wonderful home away from Lodon, Covid notwithstanding. I was accommodated in an exceptional, extremely large suite with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which had been arranged prior to my arrival with a convenient desk and surrounding working area. Naturally adjustments have had to be made to make the hotel Covid secure, but these are pretty unobtrusive and convenient kits were provided with masks, wipes and sanitiser. The staff from the doormen, through to the housekeeping and room service personnel were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The facilities are superb. Epicure remains one of the outstanding restaurants in Paris (the Bresse farm hen is not to be missed). The other dining options (including room service, which I used frequently) are of a very high quality too. Do not miss the swimming pool. It has a wonderful over to Sacre Coeur. In short, thank you to all that the Bristol for making what might have been a trying time a memorable experience.

Dear guest, Firstly, thank you so very much for taking the time to make such a thoughtful posting on TripAdvisor. We know that your two weeks in Paris were strictly for work, and that you had to be under considerable pressure. Delighted to know that Le Bristol very quickly became a wonderful home away from London. We appreciate that you also felt Covid secure with all the measures we have taken at Le Bristol. This has been and will continue to be our number one priority. We are also so pleased that this little Parisian apartment that you occupied for two weeks, was convenient in its space for work, and when you did have a little down time, you were still comfortable and “at home”. Our Door staff, Housekeeping and Room Service staff will be so pleased to know that you found them to be exceptionally friendly and efficient. Nothing could be more important to us, and our department managers adore sharing our guests’ comments! Epicure celebrated its tenth year with the three Michelin stars last year, and the twentieth year for Chef Eric Frechon. We are so fortunate to have a passionate team who have top of mind that the diner should always have an exceptional experience. The Bresse farm hen is a well-deserved signature dish by all means. Frédéric and Rémi will be delighted to share your feedback with both chefs and dining team. Glad that you had the opportunity to visit, and probably on a number of occasions, our swimming pool on the sixth floor overlooking the chimney tops of Paris, and of course, the Sacré Coeur. By the way, it was inaugurated in the early ‘80s at the same time as the garden. Not certain that you would have known that the pool was conceived to resemble the deck of a luxurious sailing boat of the ‘20s, cruising along the Côte d’Azur. The trompe l’oeil depicts the shoreline of the Cap d’Antibes where one can spot, nestling among the pines, the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, another of the Oetker hotel collection. Lastly, we so appreciate the summary of your posting which was so very heart-felt, “thank you to all…for making what might have been a trying time a memorable experience”. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future, and this next time perhaps for leisure! Best wishes, LM
