Le Pavillon des Lettres... The 1st Paris literary hotel! In the image of the 26 letters of the alphabet, the rooms and suites of the Pavillon des Lettres reveal the beauty and poetry of the various authors. Behind each door hides the spirit of a poet, a writer, an impassioned virtuoso, a genius, which will give a special atmosphere to the room, with the help in particular of extracts chosen and printed on the walls. A few steps from the Champs-Elysees, the Pavillon des Lettres opens the doors of Paris fashion and trends to you. It is excellently located close to the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore, symbol of haute couture and refinement and composed of art galleries, embassies and luxury shops. At the heart of the prestigious neighbourhood of the Elysee Palace and Place Beauvau, the Sotheby's and Christies galleries, just a few steps from the Place de la Concorde and the Grand Palais, the Pavillon des Lettres breathes luxurious elegance and the muffled charm of the great houses.

An utter delight from the moment I walked in
I did a ton of research on where to stay during my trip to Paris, and I'm so happy that I chose this fabulous boutique hotel. The staff members were warm and professional, and my deluxe room had windows that opened onto a small balcony where I could sit and look over the rooftops of Paris and even glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. It was very quiet and even serene. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and they did this nice turndown service with candies and a bedtime story to read. Being a woman travelling alone, I liked the looks of that lovely lounge—they call it the “honesty bar.” Basically, it's a posh seating area that spans two rooms and an outdoor patio. In the mornings they serve a fantastic breakfast, but the area is open for guests to sit in all through the day, and at night they put out a little spread of cheese and bread and meats etc., and you can have drinks there and fill out a form that charges the drinks to your room, hence “honesty bar.” I loved having a relaxing place to sit at the end of the day that wasn’t my room, but without the pressure of a restaurant or a hovering server. The location is central—not at all touristy, but within walking distance to the Champs-Élysées, the Seine, the Louvre, Montmartre, and more. It was nice to come back to a calm area after the crush of people at the popular hotpots. And if you’re into luxury shopping, there are serious designer shops in the surrounding blocks. Highly recommended!

Elegance & Top Service - Albert & Michael - Saba Island Properties
A Beautiful hotel with the nicest people and... Top Service. Elegant! (English and French speaking). From the moment we entered we were treated with real care; sincere interest and desire to have us feel at home. The hotel is unique in theme. Each room is named after a famous author with one of his/her quotes printed on the wall. Really enchanting and emotional when you do your Google research and discover their lives and words. Spacious rooms. Ultra clean and a quiet neighborhood with several good restaurants nearby. A delicious and generous breakfast. Not over crowded and again... attentive, friendly service (even at early dawn.) We loved our stay and highly recommend Le Pavillon des Lettres (tel: 0149242626) One of the best hotels in Paris. Cozy and welcoming. We thank all the staff for their consistent good will and professional, friendly attention.
Dear Mr Feeley, Thank you very much for your kind words regarding le Pavillon des Lettres Hotel, the whole team is pleased to read it. Hope that you will come back for knew Parisian adventures ! Best regards, Vanessa Jacquiot Assistante de Direction

Excellent stay in an excellent location
The hotel was immaculately clean with attentive service. Hearty breakfast that can be served in the room and a tapas hour/ honesty bar in the late afternoons kept us energized to explore without breaking our budget. Easy access to central Paris by foot from this great location. Good family rooms are hard to find, but the Pavillon’s was great - just enough luxury for the parents and comfort for the kids to make everyone really happy with our stay.

Very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and have good bathrooms. Amazing location as well. At a great price and the staff is amazing! The breakfast Buffett is good, not an amazing spread but enough for you to have a great start of the day! They also offer a snack bar in the afternoon

Hotel is perfectly located. Walking distance to the Louvre or Tuileries if one is interested. Staff was friendly and fantastic. Made you feel welcome each time you stepped in. Felt very safe here as it had very heavy guard just down the road. I would not only strongly recommend it but also will likely return if visiting again.

Very nice hotel with incredible customer service! Staff went above and beyond during our Paris stay. Arrived from long flight very early and front staff gave us our room right away for us to rest. Every day was treated to little treats they would leave in room, and greeted with smiles. Great location, very clean, and beautiful little cafe for guests. Perfect Paris boutique hotel! Would most certainly return.

Lovely little hotel. Great location. Leo, at reception, was charming and very helpful. Croissants at breakfasts were delicious. Lovely spot in the "lobby" for a glass of wine and a little bites in the evening.

Great location. Good service overall. Didn’t issue all the Hyatt points so I guess they and Hyatt aren’t on the same page. Check out was terrible. It took over 60 minutes at 5:45 am… We stayed for 8 nights… Not a great value for the money. A few employees were excellent…

We (two adults & 12 yr old) stayed at Le Pavillion earlier this year for four nights,we took inter connecting rooms. The hotel is beautiful and the whole team were just so helpful. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice, a perfect Parisian start to the day! The rooms are immaculate, housekeeping is superb and the linen, toiletries (Codage) etc. just ooze quality. The afternoon/early evening honesty bar and complimentary charcuterie, cheeses and breads were perfect. Finally the location is second to none, could not recommend this beautiful hotel highly enough, sorry it took so long to post this!

The staff are very attentive and helpful and it’s really well located. Our room was nicely presented but small. I know that it’s central Paris but I thought it was expensive for the facilities available.

This hotel was recommended by our travel agent and I’ll never trust them again . The hotel was in an excellent location but that’s the best thing about it . It was old, dark and gloomy and very small . I had hoped the small size would mean a friendly place but it was not . Our room was unfortunately on the 6th floor and the elevator only went to the 5th . Fortunately we could handle the stairs but not everyone could . The room was a decent size but it was like being in an attic - hot and dusty . The breakfast was adequate but the dining area was small and not very comfortable and service was very slow . Overall it’s not the “luxury hotel “ it claimed to be
