It was my first time staying at a hostel. Private room was nice, clean, quiet and big enough for two persons. Breakfast was simple but more than enough. Breakfast area is a bit hot but if you're lucky you can sit in the veranda, where it's cooler. I'll be coming back here for sure!

This place was very good, the location was amazing and the staff excellent. I'd recommend this place to anyway wanting to stay in Paris, with awesome restaurants nearby, great coffee and the Sacre Coeur which has mind blowing views. My only downfall from all of it, being over 6 foot I couldn't fit in the toilet nor shower.

It is cleaned. The hostel receptionist is very fluent english so you will got no issue with communication. There is elevator so no worries if you have heavy luggage. Room is small but suffice. Location is great. Overall I recommend this place!

Very accessible from either Blanche or Abbesses metro stops. 5-7 minute walk from these stations. Nice and clean bedrooms, with a newly fitted bathroom. Bunk beds were rather noisy when there was movement but mattress was very comfortable and I slept well. Surrounded by fresh fruit stores and nice restaurants. Good area! Close walking distance to the Sacré-Cœur, well worth... More

Couldn't have been happier with our stay at the hostel. Great location ( 2 minutes walk to the metro) and at a cheap price. The room, which had two bunk beds, had clean towels and sheets. Free wifi in all rooms and free breakfast. We wish we could have stayed an extra night. Would highly recommend.

The front desk clerks are friendly and helpful. The locale is good with quite access to several metros. Rooms are cramped and in dire need of repair. The showers have plenty of hot water. Be careful, though. Shower stalls are so small that it is easy to bump into the knobs and thus get a scalding hot shot of water... More

Close to 2 train stations (Abssess and Blanche), walking distance to Moulin Rouge, AND Starbucks. Great breakfast in the morning, well, compared to most hostels, friendly staff. Cleaning lady is a bit rude.

We stayed overnight here en route to Nice for Euro 2016 and were very impressed. The hostel had a super friendly relaxed atmosphere and the facilities were excellent. The surrounding Ning streets were vibrant and eclectic and all in all I would recommend this as a great place to stay whilst visiting Paris.

The hostel rooms were pretty standard, not sure what was "boutique" about it and in terms of space and amenities I would have preferred to stay in another hostel in the area but unfortunately that one was full. However, the welcome we received here was great and very helpful. The private room was also very nice - small (like all... More

Safe, clean, perfect location, computers with fast internet - I just adore it here! There is plenty of information about walking tours at the front desk and the staff are extremely helpful. I will return again and again.

Staying in Montmartre

Neighborhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colors, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
