We visit your place few years back and doing review wasn't popular yet but It's not too late to say thank you for making our stay memorable. We live like a Parisian for a week, theatre, moulin rouge & la fayette are just few blocks away. We're not a heavy breakfast eater, we appreciate good coffee & fresh breads. There are little shops outside their place where you can buy pastries, fresh fruits and toiletries if needed. We also appreciate your help sending the other pair of my husband shoe all the way to PH. 👍🏼 We're planning of going back again and we still prefer to stay in your place.

Jerome Ricateau advertised a special for 75 euros/night on Trip Advisor and I booked this past March for an upcoming trip in September. In June Jerome sent me an email advising me he was increasing the price and that he would cancel my reservation if I did not agree. He then sent a second email asking me to wire money direct to his bank account. It all seemed so unprofessional. I lost trust and booked with another B&B. I recommend caution.

Hello, There was a complete misunderstanding as I do not book via Trip Advisor anymore. I should have made that clearer from the start and not send my old booking form. The special price was an old promotion that was not valid anymore. I apomogize for the deception this might have caused. Kind regards, Jérôme

We stayed in this b&b accomodation for three nights. Room nice and clean but the towels (one per person) were not changed and the room and the bed were not made during our stay. The house is centrally situated near Place de Clichy in a quiet dead end street. Toilet privat but not en-suite. Breakfast more simplistic than advertised (no fresh fruit salad nor large selection of fruits, no homemade jam). One point we found annoying was the butter or rather the lack of it: Whilst we were served a margarine that was almost empty and cluttered with bread crumbs and traces of jam, our landlord happily helped himself to a nice slice of butter which he cut from a fresh package. On the other hand the cats are very well behaved and friendly. Seems like the place is living off its reputation. There are worse places to stay in Paris but surely there are also better ones.

I am sorry to read such poor comments when my guests didi not mention anything everyday I asked them whether everything is ok. First of all about the breakfast everybody LOVES the Fresh breakfast we serve them ON the other hand for 80 euros including breakast you cannot have a buffet breakfast with everything. The jam is home made I insist and the buttter fresh (I never serve margarine). As for the towels it is the rule to put one towel per person and tha room is made every 3 days (not everyday). I think my guests got a little bit confused about paying only 80 euros to be in historical Paris, and get the service of a 4 star hotel. There is one just next to our BandB... for 250 euros/night! As per living off our reputation, thank you our business is doing very well. I fear that my guests did not like the fact that we are a gay couple. That has happened to us already.with Asian people to have false comments because our guests did not like tha fact that we are gay. This is mentionned on the site though (as well as for the cats).

Have never done a B&B in Paris before, but it turned out to be the best for me. After that plane trip from Sydney, to a cosy, quiet, no fuss homely room, was the best. Hosts are easy to be with, and interested in my journey and austalia. We shared a wine in the evenings after my huge days and helped with plans and directions. At the same time, when we both closed our doors , privacy was maintained. The room is very smart, fresh and clean with everything you need.

Small but cosy place in a nice, quiet street within biking distance (Velibs (rent-a-bikes) are just around the corner) of just about every highlight in Paris. Great value if you compare with hotels in the area, and much better service. Owners are friendly without being intrusive.
