Stayed in room 8 at the top of the hotel. The room was accessed by a steep old worn out dark stair case. It took as much effort to get there as climbing the Eiffel Tower, there is no lift or help available to get up. The room had an electronic key card. Once inside the room was clean and...

We had triple room 8 which is located top of the shop in the hotel, up some steep dark stairs which needed a clean. But when entering the room we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and modern, with a street view down onto the busy Parisian shopping street below. The beds and floor were clean; the room had an...

Visited in the summer time. No fans, no air conditioning, no cold water to have a nice shower. Only water was boiling hot! When we asked someone to come and look at it we got told to "shhhh yeah yeah I'll be there in 15mins" no one came until we went back down to ask. Staff were rude and unhelpful....

It is very dark in the rooms. Plumbing excessively worn. There was a problem with the regulation of hot water. Low light. Price cheap, but not worth it. Poor soundproofing. Very tight door closers. Очень тесно в комнатах. Сантехника сильно изношена. Была проблема с регулировкой горячей воды. Слабое освещение. Цена недорогая, но не стоит этого. Плохая звукоизоляция. Очень тугие дверные...

The room was tidy, had wifi and warm water for a shower every day. It is 1 min from the metro and it's not far from shops and amenities. However, we were in a 5th floor without elevator and we could hear all the noise from the street (very busy during the day).
