Ancient beamed ceilings, narrow stairs, authentic Bohemian Paris ambiance. Although I was ambivalent about booking here at first (reading about the narrow stairs etc.) I decided to go for it because we were a group of 4. We had the first room up, and yes, lovely Shiaab (day manager) did carry our bags up. He is absolutely delightful and couldn't... More

Excellent location near the Louve. We had the penthouse, with full kitchen, two showers, and washer/dryer, plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. Cons are 6 flights of stairs and no lobby or staff on off hours, only 11 am to 7 pm or so. But very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant location. Manager so nice, he even carried 3 people's bags up 3 flights of narrow stairs. Very generous with towels, kitchen supplies, housekeeping. Loved the washing machine and clothes rack, so handy when travelling. Wooden beam architecture very nice. If carrying luggage aim for 1st or 2nd floor. Love to go back.

Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful landlord, spacious room and very clean. Very close to supermarket, cafes/restaurants and bakers (even a gourmet breakfast cafe). Efficient fridge. Cleaning agents provided (great!). Single glazing so some street noise.

I've been last 5 days in the cosy apartment, the place is very structured, comfortable, very close to Louvre Museum and 10 minute walk from almost everything you must see in Paris. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it. Ask the staff to call your taxi when you leave.

We stayed in the Cosy Apartment for a weekend break with our 11 year old and would definitely recommend. The location was fantastic, 5 mins walk from the Louvre and open top bus stop (big bus tour on rue de l'Opera - very good!). Good supermarket nearby. The manager was kind and helpful with lots of advice. The apartment was... More

we have very much enjoyed our stay in this place. The staff was friendly and the appartment was clean, quiet, cosy and nicely decorated. We stayed at the 4th floor so you should not mind to walk the stairs a few times a day. The pelican is centrally located so you can easily return to the appartment for a break.... More
