I am not sure how this hotel got its 4 star rating, as it is far from any such status. The hotel policy and standard is to "change towels" once only every 3 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and if you want fresh towels on day 2, you will have to PAY !!!! Saying a lot to level of cleanliness. It was minus... More

Stayed here for 5 nights in December 2015. Pros: Modern apartment, large comfy bed, air con works well, small kitchenette with fridge and sink, large bathroom. Close to train station (500m away). Public buses always driving past. Close to a supermarket and some other cafes. Cheap laundry to use. (Self service) Cons: Breakfast pricey for what you get. 16€ per... More

The photos on the website give a wrong picture. It's a tired hotel with dirty communal areas. Staff are helpful, but seem unable to do anything about the situation as this place needs renovation. Needs urgent TLC

We made a reservation for our vacation two months before the date. When my husband and I arrived to the hotel. ..First, the guy of the front desk was very impolite. ..second, he left us waiting until he went to the cafeteria for a cup of coffee! !!!! Third, later when we back to check in ...THE HOTEL WAS FULL,... More

Close to Metro 500m,good choice of bars/shops/places to eat.Rooms basic but all you could reasonably expect given the price, kitchenette, bath & shower, clean with comfortable bed, helpful staff, only minor complaint is that cleaning staff arrive very early, well before check-out time

This is very UNETHICAL of this hotel to promise me that there is an availability of the room on the dates I have given them and promised that it is redeemable with the groupon voucher BEFORE i bought the groupon voucher. Then after I bought the groupon voucher, they CHANGE their mind around and said that there is no availability.... More

They announce this hotel as 4star, but everything, is 3star minus. Maybe, if you are lucky, you'll have a good and CLEAN room, but we didn't. The breakfast costs 30€/per person, and doesn't worth it. Won't try it again, sorry!

We stayed in this hotel a couple days ago and we found it good. When we first checked in it went pretty smoothly. The reception didn't speak much English but we figured it all out. Once we got to the room we found it to be clean. Wifi was included for us in the price of the room and we... More

It was a nice hotel and very close to the metro. If you travel to visit Paris I would recommend to stay closer to the town. We also had to pay city tax on arrival which was 2euro a day. Beds where comfortable if you like it hard!

I booked it for a weekend trip to Paris with 3 friend. This place is perfect. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Apartment which was great and easily accommodated all of us. Beds were very comfortable. Reception service was brilliant as we arrived 3 in the morning. Location is good as the attractions are easily accessible from the hotel via... More
