I highly recommend The Hoxton, Paris. Very helpful and welcoming staff- especially Beshoy. They were great with my sweet bulldog Rosie, set her up dog bowls and everything. We will definitely be back!

We came with 2 adults and three kids, all under 12. Split between two rooms, not next to one another but on the same floor. Very cool place, but on a Friday night in the middle of fashion week, it was full and a queue outside to get into the hotel. This was for the bar/courtyard area, but there was no priority given to hotel guests. Aside from that, the staff were accommodating, we had our bags stored there for a few days prior to arrival and they were found quickly and given to us (but I had to ask for them to be sent up). But great rooms, good sizes for Paris and very funky aesthetic. Beds for kids set up. We got some great supper/desserts on room service that was promptly sent up, we recommend the profiteroles! Slept well, not really any noise despite it being full in the bar area. Good beds. Great shower and products. Breakfast before noon is a luxury in a hotel, I think and we could wait until we had all woken up, no stress about making the last sitting or anything. And what a breakfast! The French toast was to die for, avocado on toast was amazing. Only complaint is that service was a little slow, but very friendly and nice. Great lattes too. Check out when you need it was also very handy given our late-is flight, so we could get ready without rushing. Great location, a short walk to metro or bus and then onto Opera for the Roissybus back to CDG. All in all, a great stay (I dont have enough adjectives...!).

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms and bed are very comfortable if not a little small. The food in the restaurants was also good quality. However the service truly let the hotel down. Service in the restaurant was very slow, bills were messed up and I was overcharged significantly which when contested was not handled politely. On arrival we were handed our keys and pointed in the general direction of the rooms with little explanation and there was no assistance offered with baga or taxis even when requested. I was staying in Paris for business and there is no communal in the hotel quiet to work from. The room service options were not wide ranging. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to staying in the reputable Hoxton however the name has certainly not lived up to the hype. I give a 2 rating overall in spite of the other positive aspects as that is what I will remember there are many hotels with nice rooms the service is where the difference is made.

Did a two night stay at Hoxton Paris and I would definitely consider this to be my hub hotel for a return to France. Rooms are good sized for EU standards, the architecture and design is very hip and modern and the staff, especially in the lobby bar/cafe, were amazing (and that is saying a lot in Paris). Our stay happened to coincide with Paris Fashion Week, and this was grand central for the attendees.

The building has been beautifully restored, rooms are spacious - even the cosy room is bigger than the average Paris hotel room - and very comfortable with a great bathroom. We had breakfast and lunch in the courtyard over our stay which is lovely space, and cocktails in the fabulous Jacques Bar. The hotel is beautiful, fun and lively but made even more so by the fantastic staff who are so friendly and efficient.
