Stained sheets, scuffed up room, poorly designed (<1 foot between closet and bed? no place to hang towels near sink?), absolutely uninterested service. The rooftop bar and restaurant are both pretty hip so if that's what you're looking for this may be a good hotel, but if you want high quality hard/soft product for lodging look elsewhere.

Just returned from a lovey stay at this hotel. Staffed with utterly elegant and friendly efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The lounge bar featured a retractable glass roof to make it into a courtyard. Windows in the breakfast/lunch space opened to the street. Breakfast was paid in the rate a good selection of cereals, fruit, pastries and scrambled eggs and bacon. Two types of juice and whatever hot drink you wished. The a la carte menu for such things a boiled eggs meant an extra charge. A little irritating since we had paid breakfast rate, but not unbearable. Bedroom (signature) faced into this courtyard which meant it was quiet, and comfortable. All the usual, minibar, hairdryer, safe, robes and slippers. Very tastefully done. Bathroom again very tastefully decorated but the bath tub edge was quite high and there was not a bath mat for the over-tub shower. Not a problem per se, but we were travelling with an older lady who if she had been in this room I would have felt this a little unsafe. And one complaint...at the price we paid, I really do not like having the hand wash and lotion, shower gel and shampoo, locked to the wall. At Euro 400 per night, this was not cool. All said and done. I would happily stay here again.…

good location within Paris, 35 minutes from CDG airport, very nice modern rooms, mine was in the roof with Velux windows, comfy bed. Breakfast was wide ranging and excellent and all were fantastic staff!

I continue to return to this hotel when in Paris. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, and the restaurant, rooftop bar and gym are also excellent. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

This high design, high decor hotel features, lovely guest rooms, attentive staff, and terrific dining amenities. Nathan at the front desk was extremely helpful in guiding us to the best restaurants and activities in the area. Short walk from Le Marais, the hotel is across the street from the museum of the same name. A room with a balcony will either overlook the charming courtyard or the incredible views outside the hotel. A charming and elegant hotel for your next visit to Paris, highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The room was beautiful, the house-keeping was excellent and the staff was really nice. Couldn’t have wished for more! We felt so welcomed and it was the best base for us to explore the city. Rooftop bar was cool and the restaurant also looked nice.

Super chic hotel, effortlessly cool. Great location on the edge of Le Marais area and easily walkable to most places. Room was well designed to make the most of the space and the bed was super comfortable. We had a Signature room with balcony - probably wasn't needed and balcony not big enough to sit on, but the view was cool. Rooftop bar looks really cool, but sadly a rain storm put paid to that this week. Great hotel, would recommend.

Staff was outstanding. Location is wonderful. Roof top deck is great. Fitness center could use some updating, but worked in a pinch. Highly recommend for value. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful but short stay at Hotel National Des Arts et Metiers. The receptionist (woman with glasses) was really kind and smiled all the time. Gave us some recommendations and a wonderful room with street view. The rooms a quiet small but designed with a wonderful taste of modern minimalistic touches. The only thing what did not suit us well was the combination of bathtub and shower which turned out really dangerous because it is really slippery. Everything else was nice and the staff recommended us to visit the rooftop bar which shall be very nice (we had no time to check it). Thank you for everything, we will come back.

My experience was beyond my expectation. My room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The position, overlooking the square and church, excellent. The bathroom clean, functional and with a great shower. It was a delight to be able to open the large window, enjoy fresh air and bring the outside in. The lively bar and Italian restaurant was a bonus on my first night. The service was respectful, efficient and faultless. I would recommend this hotel without question.
