We stayed at this 4 star hotel- it truly was excellent- we had the suite w 1.5 bathrooms very spacious for family of 4 - location was perfect - but as Paris is so big - I think a lot of hotels are in a great location- we will definitely go back - staff excellent- super friendly - rooms super clean-
The staff at this hotel was amazing! They greeted you with a warm smile on their face. If you ever needed anything, they would assist you right away. My mom sprained her ankle and the front desk was always making sure she was feeling well and offered their assistance with bringing a doctor to her hotel room. The hotel was very clean and housekeeping did an amazing job keeping our rooms clean. The location is great!! We were right by Blvd of Madeleine and the Opera House. Many restaurants and shops around the area. There is also a metro station right there and if you would like to take the hop on and off bus, there is a station right by the Opera House which is about 10 minutes walking from the hotel. I will continue to recommend this hotel to all my family and friends and when I return to Paris, I will for sure stay here again!…
This hotel is a very good option for Paris. It ia a boutique hotel located very well (close to Opera, Madeleine, Concorde, Vendome and other attractions). The personnel was very nice. The rooms are of good quality and decent dimensions. All in all, a very good quality price ratio.
A long weekend in Paris for a couple. Great location - walking distance for everything we wanted to do. Staff were super-friendly. Room was a good size, clean, quiet and comfortable. Only a fixed, continental breakfast available and only available as room service but it was great and plentiful. Definitely a hotel I would go back to.
Hotel is up a side street, nice & quiet (although there does appear to be renovation works underway across the road but we didn't hear anything). No bar or restaurant but there is a breakfast room in basement. Plenty of eating options near hotel. Rooms were spotless, bed very comfortable, toiletries were Rituals. Continental breakfast was very good. Nespresso/kettle in bedroom. Only a short walk from Metro. Will definitely stay again - very happy to have found it!
Charming hotel, comfortable rooms, good location, excellent breakfast and professional staff- look nu further if you want to stay in Paris. Parking garages within walking distance from the hotel (25 euros per day).
Excellent boutique hotel in an ideal location. Rooms beautifully decorated, spotless, generous in size with lift access and staff most friendly and helpful. 24 hour concierge makes for a secure and perfect stay in the heart of Paris
Fantastic place to stay. Close to key attractions and can walk everywhere. Subway also close by and easy to navigate. Hotel staff friendly and available to answer all questions. Greatly recommend this hotel!
My daughter and I have stayed at an adjacent hotel under the same management as Relais Madeleine once each year for 17 years. That hotel was fully booked for this visit, but it made little difference because Madame Marie Pierre Peron, who has charge of both, knows how to create the perfect accommodation and has replicated here what has drawn us back to her other property year after year after year. Because the hotel is small, the staff can--and does-- devote full attention to each guest. The rooms are warm and so comfortably furnished, if it weren't for the allure of the many attractions in Paris, you might be tempted to curl up and spend most of your time there. Book early; the hotel is small, in proportion to demand for a room in a place like this.
Two years ago I booked this hotel through a booking site without breakfast. Everything went perfectly then. When I checked out I was told the next time I booked directly without a bookingsite I was given breakfast complementary. That's why I decided when I was back in Paris to walk into this hotel. I was kindly received again and told the story from 2 years ago and this was confirmed to me. We got a nice room and the next morning we went to breakfast. The breakfast that was by standards of a 4 star hotel poor. Croissants and chocolate cakes that had the same quality as those that you can buy pre-packaged in a gas station and we had to ask everything if they had anything extra. Yet we were still over an hour before the end of the breakfast shift. Well yes we couldn't complain it was free we thought. But when we checked out we still had to pay for breakfast. I said that something else had been agreed and I was told that the rates were on the website. How could I know I have booked at the desk. It's a pity that it went like this. But the next time Paris will be in a different hotel.…
