super chick hotel - great lobby - very stylish rooms in the 60s - top staff - a bit small - good located near the opera and the galleria Lafayette - good bedding - super cosy linen - cool bathroom - parking in front of the hotel possible
It was a pleasant surprise walking into the hotel arriving at a skylit atrium lobby reminding us of its past as a bank. It was chic yet grand yet intimate. The reception was very pleasant especially since they tried very hard to find me a wonderful room for an early check in. And another great surprise on entering my room as was a spacious room with a view of the Sacre-Coeur! We were tired so ended u u o dining at the hotel restaurant which was off the lobby yet intimate and the food was good. I speak some time the next night working s as t the lounge area having a couple of drinks which was very pleasant s as Nd the bartender was great. Overall it was a good experience. S beautiful intimate hotel centrally located near the famed Opera and Gallerie LaFayette!
My wife and I have spent 3 nights in Paris at the end of February and this hotel has a great location for seeing the sights, a wonderful entrance and lobby area and the staff and service were excellent. The hotel bar and restaurant were also chic and sophisticated. A specific mention to Kenny at reception who helped us immensely with restaurant reservations and places to go for drinks etc. He is a credit to the hotel. My only piece of constructive criticism is that the room was a little smaller than we would have liked but overall a very good hotel in a wonderful location with all of the main attractions in walking distance. The pros : good location within walking distance of the department stores. Good spread and quality items for buffet breakfast. Got upgraded to a suite, spacious and well fitted The cons : service for breakfast was a bit chaotic despite a very quiet time, order took long to be taken and forever to be delivered, with half of the items being forgotten.
This hotel is wonderful. I would definetely recommend it to you. The rooms are quite huge; yet nothing beats its technology. It has the newesr form of technology. For instance, there is an Iphone X at your disposition. The reception is grand. It is like the Gringotts bank in Harry Potter. This is quite logical as it used to be a bank. The staff is very welcoming and caring. It is very gentle and always ready to help. There is a small fitting room equipped with the basics and a dinning hall. It is next to a metro station too. As for the huge rooms, they have large beds and important showers. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to everybody.
