Neighborhood
Opéra / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

Nice hotel, with grandious entrance and elaborate interior design.
The room was quite small but well furnished. The gym was super small with a threadmill and a bycycle and basically nothing else (worse than other similar hotels).
Breakfast was ok but not exceptional.

1- Excellent staff starting the door man to the reception to the waiters, everybody we met was smoky and helpful.
2- Fairly spacious room and bathroom (missing coffee marking facilities though).
3- Light can be increased for sure as it is too dark in the room. A big draw back f

The hotel itself looks very cool. I can't say that the service was for 5 stars (honestly), but I still will rate it as such, as the value for money and location kills it! The bar design is very cool, but service is slow. Room are very bohemian with very high ceilings and windows.

Dear Mr. Roberto, Thank you very much for your valuable recommendation. We are so glad to hear that you had a pleasant stay and found our hotel to be of good value. We appreciate your mention of our prime location. You are a very nice couple and it was a pleasure to personally meet you. Your concerns regarding heating and our breakfast area have been duly noted. All of our rooms have windows, but for safety reasons indeed, their opening is restricted. Please do not hesitate to notify our team if you experience any issues with the temperature in room so we can assist you. It would be a pleasure to have you return on a future occasion. Until then, take good care of you! Kind regards, Solène, Guest Relations Manager

Is it possible to have 3 people to a room?
I do not know. We had a deluxe room and there was a sofa, but didn‘t seem to be convertible into bed.

is there a hairdryer in the room? thank you
Yes. We had a hair dryer in our room. There isn't an ironing board/iron in the room but you can call reception and ask for one; that was one thing I needed to request but no charge.

Are tea/coffee facility's provided in the room? If not can they be upon request as I'm pregnant and likely to really fancy a cuppa at some point in the night/early morning. Thanks
We had a nespresso machine with pods and tea bags!
