The hotel is near Cour St Emilion metro which makes it easy to get around. Bercy Village is next door with lots of shops and dining options. The hotel is okay - the bed isn’t so great (fold away) but the kitchenette is useful and staff were helpful. Free tea and coffee all day in the breakfast room was nice. The room is a bit small if you are not used to Parisian hotels but it was good enough for us. I’d stay again if the price is keen. Last time stayed at the Pullman next door which was nicer but was full this time.
I was paying close to $200 a night and I was there 6 nights. Only on check-in was I told there would be no housekeeping unless i was there 8 days. If I wanted housekeeping it would be another 18 euros a night. Excuse was "its like an apartment". Pathetic. I had asked for a higher floor in advance and initially got the 4th of 8, then was given the 5th. Not good enough. Paper was left on the hall floor outside the room for days. There was no non-skid mat for the bath/shower which was slippery. The TV was faulty on the meagre english channels and nothing was done to fix it. The room floor was dusty as wiping with a towel showed. Etc Etc. Staff were poorly trained for information. I wrote to the hotel GM and never even got an acknowledgement to the email. The room itself was fine and so was the breakfast and no issue with the location for where I had to go work wise. Everything else was very poor. Replacement GM is needed. Not good.…
This aparthotel is located in a quaint and populated village on the eastern side of Paris. The metro, market and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. The rooms have a convenient kitchenette, yet a bit on the small side. We were unable to set-up the crib as it left us no room to walk in room.
The hotel is located approximately 50 min by metro to the Eiffel Tower and 45 minutes to the Basilique du Sacré-Coeur de Montmartre. There are extensive work at the nearby metro meaning that on several occasions it was impossible to travel other than by taxi. The hotel itself was filthy and in dire need of upgrade the seats at reception are ripped and that is a shocking introduction to any hotel. Our balcony was 80cm wide with one chair the door threshold was broken and dangerous to walk on. Mist electrical sockets were broken and exposed wires were everywhere. The bathroom was filthy as were the floors and skirting board, but best of all was the pair of ladies panties lying under the bed. It’s without doubt the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. In complaining I was told sorry we have staff shortages. Outside the hotel were groups of youths drinking most nights and staff at the hotel seemed to just accept that’s what happens. If you have a family or are reliant on public transport this is not the hotel for you. …
location convinient due to Barcy Village and metro, but that's all good that could be said. unfortunatelly room was very smelly, small and definetely not rexommended for longer stay. kitchen was unusable, no table, etc... very loud at night and specially early mornings - perhaps nearby docs? no ventilation, loud and not working AC.
My daughter and I finally made it to Paris for her 21st...now that she is nearly 23. Just like everyone else we had to postpone our holiday several times & this was handled reasonably well by the apartments. Sometimes they were hard to contact, but times were tough for tourism in the dark days of Covid, so that was understandable. We chose an apartment over a hotel to try to reduce the cost of eating out and this did help. We shopped at two nearby mini-markets (bigger than expected) so had breakfasts and two dinners "chez nous". The kitchenette was quite well stocked with crockery, pots & pans & cutlery. There was no oven, but we managed well with the hob & microwave. Bercy Village is a great area with a big selection of restaurants. The metro (Cour Saint Emilion) is a 5 min walk from the hotel, so it's easy & quick to get to everywhere else in Paris. There were a couple of tiny maintenance issues that didn't get fixed, and we found the colour-coded recycling system tricky to follow (although in English)..but at least there was a recycling system. This did not detract at all from our great accommodation. We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Paris & only wish it could have been longer.…
Unfortunately, my family and I are still at this hotel because we prepaid and are in Paris for just a short stay. Let me say I have never written a bad review as I am in the customer service business. This has to be the very worst hotel experience I have ever endured. We rented two rooms. My son’s room smells like body odor of a locker room. It is disgusting. When we first complained, we asked for another room and they said none were available. We had to ask them to clean it again. They did so reluctantly. This is our second night here and we asked them to clean it again while we were out sightseeing. When we got back this evening the room still had the smell. The right thing to do would be to offer to move my son as soon as a room was available.
We spend very nice weekend in this hotel. The location is ideal, in modern district but just few minutes by metro from the center. Metro station is around 200 meters from the hotel. Bercy Village with supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and shopping area is just 2 minutes walk. Room was clean , well equipped and very quiet. Staff is professional and well trained.
Great location in Bercy modern village and a few minutes walk from Metro St Emilion which luckily is on driverless line 14, so it was running despite the transport strike. Large comfortable room. Friendly staff on desk.
Poor services at the hotel. Room service is not offered if your stay is less than 8 nights. Stayed here for 5 nights and I was not provided sufficient toiletries either. Breakfast buffet options are very limited. room size is pretty small for a studio with balcony standards.
