A clean and friendly hotel recently renovated by a young Family. A nice view on Basilique du Sacre Coeur from some rooms on the top 6th floor (No lift of course for a better Fun). You are all welcome, Lydia Mayoufi

This was was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I only gave it one star because it was in a great location. Place was very unprofessional and had poor hospitality. The first day we arrived to the room the bed sheets weren't made yet. The maid knocked on the door to change our bed sheets while we were still in the room! Which should of been done prior to us coming. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and no drawers to put your clothes in. One night we came from hanging outside and the door was locked. We stood outside for 20 mins until someone opened the door for us because the person in the front was sleeping. On our last day I went back to the hotel after check out because I forgot my scarf and the older lady in the front desk with glasses had a nasty attitude. I asked her for my scarf and if they saw it in my room? And she told me it wasnt her problem and maybe I left it somewhere else without bothering to check. This was during the afternoon March 12th around 1-2pm. The hospitality was very poor. I would save my money and go somewhere else, I was appalled by the service we received.

I don’t know if I am very easy to please, but I am giving this hotel 5 stars. First of all I am not expecting a lot because this is one of the lowest priced hotels I found when booking for our trip. Budget is our top priority. For the price, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms are clean and spacious. We have a lot of luggages and there is enough room to move around. Bathroom is pretty big as well with double sinks. Beds are comfy enough. Receptionist is so helpful and kind, he made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Sweet guy. Will definitely book this hotel again when we come back to Paris.

Located in a very dodgy area, travelling with a kid we felt very unsafe. The room didn’t have neither a wardrobe nor a hairdryer. The bathroom smelled like mould, in fact in the ceiling there was plenty. Dusty and filthy radiators. Mattress hard has rock, would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. Receptionist rude, and unhelpful. Customer service skills below zero. Almost 700€ for 4 nights stay, was like being robbed for the service we had! The last night we invited a friend to have dinner, and they said that visitors are not allowed. Don’t choose this hotel, it’s not worth a single penny!

The hotel is at a great location. 2 minutes walk to Sacre-Coeur, Metro Station, many nearby restaurants and souvenir shops. Across the street there is McDonalds. Room on the top floor has a great view of the street and Sacre-Coeur, but with no elevator, climbing six floors is a task. Rooms and cleanliness was average.

DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOM IN THIS HOTEL! I went for a weekend to Paris and brought back bedbugs to my place. This has cost me not only a lot of money (about 1800 euros, Swiss price), but also a big effort to get rid of them. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
