Just got back from a week long vacation in Paris...I booked this hotel through priceline and really didn't know what to expect because I've never stayed in the Montparnasse area. Plus, the last time I stayed in Paris, I was robbed by the hotel staff (see my other review) and was quite apprehensive about where to stay. It was sensational!... More

Just back from a weekend in Paris. Stayed at le fabe hotel. It's small but is an excellent choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mathias in particular. Hotel is spotless. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Le fabe is very well maintained. It's situated approximately 40min walk from Eiffel Tower. Not a bad walk if your up for it. There... More

The hotel was located in an area that was far from the center of Paris I did not feel safe walking in the area to the one restaurant located nearby. This area did not make me feel safe at all. The hotel itself was great the location was terrible.

Dear kehoe1234, First of all, I would like to thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review. I am glad you enjoyed the hotel itself but am so very sad you didn't feel safe in the area where it is located. Our district is indeed not close to the city center but we... More

We stayed at the Le Fabe for three nights during our trip to Paris and can only recommend it. The rooms were clean and comfortable and most of all the staff was exceptionally friendly. We were even lucky to get a free room upgrade. The location of the hotel was good as well. The next metro station was only a... More

I have stayed at the Le Fabe hotel on several occasions and it never lets me down. The desk staff are courteous and helpful, and always willing to offer advice on the perfect place to eat. Hands down you can't beat the Le Fabe!

A good 3-star hotel with a good location close to the Metro so easy to get anywhere, nice clean room and bathroom, although not very big. The best was the very friendly staff that helps a lot. Good breakfast. highly recommended for holiday / business.

I extended my business trip with one day. I changed hotel - luckily. So much better value than Marriot Rive Gauche. Better room, bed and especially bathroom. Breakfast selection does not have as side selection, everything was good and enough for me. Also very helpful personel offering guidance. Would come again here or Hotel Helussi where I have stayed as... More

What a great little place! It only has 17 rooms, so is almost like a B&B. It is located in the Mont Parnasse area (14th arrondissement). Rooms are recently renovated and very comfortable. There is a lift. Front desk clerk Helder was fantastic! His English is very good, and he was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

This hotel was great because it honestly had such a homely relaxed feel to it. The main reason for this was the wonderful staff. We had been a little apprehensive after hearing that people in France can be unfriendly, particularly to non-French speakers, however staying here made us feel the absolute opposite. We got a lot of helpful advice to... More

Booked due to proximity to the train station. Clean hotel with unique room names. Great breakfast with a good selection of fresh fruit, meats, cheese etc. also has an awesome coffee machine. Only complaint was that the wifi was flakey and didn't work for several hours during each day.
