We spent our honeymoon in Paris at Jobo and couldn't have been more happy. We arrived with balloons on the bed, and the bottle of champagne was excellent. They have cold bottled water and sparkling within the fridge too. That was a nice touch. Oh, and they also included an incredible little box of macarons.

The room was actually clean and charming with rose-covered wallpaper and elegant design features. Every day, the maid service would come and actually clean, vacuum, and make the room as if we just arrived.

As you will see from the reviews, the staff are seriously helpful and accommodating. I do not remember his name, but he was a taller male receptionist and we loved running into him downstairs. He always was eager to recommend places to go and see. He even went as far as highlighting on a map a great way to talk around instead of just listening to Google Maps. Not many people care that much these days. One area we struggled with was not knowing much French (Americans) but they always were helpful.

The hotel breakfast and bar were classy. It was around 14 euros for breakfast which is an absolute steal once you start realizing prices. However, we didn't actually eat there as we wanted to explore around.

100% book a room. Thank you Jobo!

Hotel Jobo is a small and charming hotel in the Marais. Decorated with a classic kitschy aesthetic that nods to French classic style but with lots of nods to fun (think leopard print fabric walls) its a small space with its own sense of style and the most lovely, friendly and helpful staff.

It should be noted that a lot of Parisian (and European) hotel rooms are on the smaller side and Hotel Jobo certainly is one of them. The elevator barely accommodates two people plus luggage, and the room is small- no full-size wardrobes to store your clothes. That said, they smartly use the space (theres smaller cabinets that have some space to hang a few garments.

Its convenitnatly located half a block from the St.Paul metro station, theres a coffee place right next door,a Starbucks a block away and tons of restuarants/barasseries,bars, boulangeries, and shopping surrounding the hotel. You could stay for a week and eat all your meais at a different spot each day within a 10minute walk or less from JoBo's front doors.

Overall, not much I'd change about this charming hotel experience.

Staying at Hotel De JoBo has been a delight. We were looking for a boutique hotel in the Marais district and this hotel was perfect. The decor is over the top with lots of patterns on the walls and furniture including leopard prints. We normally choose contemporary designs but decided to try something new. Our room was not large but we had plenty of room to put all of our things. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. A heads up that they do not include wash cloths. The breakfast buffet had all the things we normally enjoy for breakfast and was beautifully presented. The hotel is in a perfect location to get around Paris and enjoy the shops and restaurants. The best part of the hotel is the wonderful staff. They were very helpful and met our every need.

From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. We had the most amazing time at the hotel for our wedding anniversary made even more special by the hotel staff and extra touches they provided us with during our stay. The room was generous by Paris standards, with a wonderfully decorated bedroom and bathroom, meticulously cleaned everyday and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel and hope to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful time at the Hotel JOBO and to all the staff who made it extra special !

The hotel's location was perfect- close to everything but on a quiet street in Le Marais. The breakfast was delicous, the staff was friendly and attentive. They scheduled dinner reservations and gave us helpful information about the area. Our room was a delight- tastefully decorated, the linens were high quality, and the bathroom was equipped with everything you need. Fresh water was found in our mini fridge. We also had a coffee maker, tea maker and safe. We look forward to returning here soon.

My husband and I spent 4 days in Paris before heading to Switzerland and after debating between an airbnb or hotel decided to go with Hotel de JoBo. It was a great choice! We love tucked away boutique hotels and this one hit the mark. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Les Marais, but tucked away on a quiet side street. The hotel is small and unassuming, yet has a quirky, charming vibe we loved. Our room was very small, which is typical for Paris, but so comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in in a hotel. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and there was a bottle of champagne and box of macarons waiting for us with a nice note in the room. There was also a little fridge stocked with complimentary still and sparkling water which we drank every day (the sparkling water was a nice touch). The staff were all so helpful, and it quickly became our home away from home during our visit. We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast (we were up and out early every day to maximize our short time in Paris and would grab a croissant and cafe latte at one of the many nearby boulangeries), but it did look amazing and got great reviews. If boutique hotels are your vibe and you want a real taste of Paris, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have been to Paris over 15 times and never had a stay as brilliant as the one I just had at Hotel de Jobo. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay magical, comfortable, and fun. We were a traveling circus with a 2 year old and 4 adults, mostly who didn’t speak French. Jobo allowed us to change rooms after peeking into the small but charming rooms and realizing the limitations of the standard room with a baby bed. They made space for us at a breakfast we did not book in advance and cooed and welcomed our motley crew at every disruptive moment. Beyond the thoughtful amenities found in our rooms down to the sparkling waters and boxes of macarons, they also happily laundered dirty baby clothes, turned around dry cleaning in 24 hours (daily!), served us drinks at all hours, provided taxis and reservations where we fell short, and so much more. They did so at every moment with a warmth and a welcome that made us feel as if we were the most important people alive. It was the kind of stay you dream about and we are so thankful for this little slice of heaven located perfectly on a quiet corner in the bustling and beautiful Marais. The rooms were as comfortable as they were gorgeous and the rest of the hotel followed the same standard. Just chouette! My new #1 recommendation for anyone visiting Paris! MERCI JOBO!

Best Boutique Hotel we have ever stayed at. In addition to the beauty of the place and the welcoming staff, the location is privileged. Breakfast served quickly and efficiently. Highlights include the fresh fruit salad, cheese, coffee and scrambled eggs. Not forgetting the kindness of those who served us.
I believe that the charm of the place is due, in particular, to the attentive and kind work of people who are happy to serve us. It is unique, special and should serve as a model for those who experience the meaning of the words education, kindness and professionalism.
Internet that worked very well. Sparkling and still water available to guests.
Special highlight for Concierge Rodrigo, as we remember moments that only those who lived in Brazil for a few years can understand,
Incredible, surprising. We want to come back soon.

WOW. What a wonderful hotel and stay. Decor, cleanliness, ambiance, location...all perfect, but the thing that really sets this hotel apart is the level of service / kindness of those running the hotel. We traveled with our 2.5 year old daughter and they went above and beyond to make us, and her, feel at home. Room on the ground floor for easy access with our stroller (totally soundproof by the way, have never been in a room this quiet), nuna crib which was beautifully made up with a mini duvet and mini pillow), macarons in room waiting for her, branded coloring book and color pencil set, welcome wine and fresh juice for her and most importantly, wonderful women who greeted her everyone morning in french and would bring a grumpy child with them to get a fresh croissant (her favorite). They heard her mention "croissant" the first morning, and took is upon themselves to make her morning every morning thereafter. Many more instances of this kindness, I could go on and on. Our daughter had a meltdown about leaving the hotel our last morning, and honestly, we shares her sentiment. We can't wait to be back. Do not hesitate to book, this is a really special place.

The 2 weeks from June 27 to July 8 were our 3rd time staying at Hotel JoBo. Why Hotel JoBo? It's a genuine boutique hotel in the perfect spot in the Marais area of Paris. It' a 2 minute walk from the #1 Metro station and a taxi stand. The number 1 metro goes directly to The Lourve and nearby tourist destinations. The Marais area is our favorite in Paris, full of so many boutiques and wonderful one of a kind shops. The Jewish section of Paris is a pleasant 10 minute walk from Hotel JoBo and Place Des Voges is a 5 minute walk. Hotel JoBo also has a very cool lounge bar area where a full buffet breakfast is available at a reasonable price. But more than location, it's the Hotel JoBo staff that make it our place to stay in Paris. The staff all speak English and are very helpful. They arrange transportation to and from the airport. They helped us with museum tickets, train tickets, and restaurant recommendations and reservations. The staff provides 5 star concierge service at a hotel that doesn't have a 5 star price tag. That's why Hotel JoBo has been our home away from home when in Paris.

Loved this hotel and thought the staff was positively wonderful. I didn’t see any kids at all but I’m sure they would love the vibe and the location. Breakfast was perfect. The rooms are very love nest feeling so maybe a separate room for them away from you and your spouse. Just a suggestion. Enjoy your trip!
