Very nice place, the room is simple but very cleaned and also comfortable beds. The breakfast / Lunch is awesome and tasty, and the restaurant is excellent. Would definitely highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Fontainebleau

This hotel is far from being a 4 star hotel which it is marketed as. We had to climb narrow stairs up to the third floor. There is no airconditioning and the wifi is unstable. The restaurant is good and so is the location. Friendly staff.

The hotel is a stone's throw from the chateau. While it doesn't have many amenities, it generally has everything you need, the staff is helpful and friendly. However the front desk is not always staffed in the evenings and the door is locked for security reasons. If you plan to be out in the evening, be sure to get the... More

Very warm and welcoming hosts, the room is fairly basic but spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, directly opposite the chateau. The breakfast is good value and fresh, and the restaurant is excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Fontainebleau.

Excellent location, just on the edge of the French Quarter, and short walking distance to the Market and the heart of New Orleans. Room was clean, spacious and totally updated, and so is the whole building. Great bar (and bartender), and breakfast area on the cover patio. We had a really lovely time. Highly recommend this Hotel.

We paid 79 Euros room only and to be honest I was not that impressed. Hotel is trading purely on its location opposite the Chateau. Parking is fine on a Sunday and Monday as it is free all day but at other times you need to pay about 20 euros per night in the nearby Chateau Car Park. Bedroom was... More

We ended up on the third floor, you have to climb very narrow stairs. They help out with your luggage. The room was big and the bed was good. Room 302. You can not sleep with open windows, lots of traffic noise. Breakfast was good. Elderly people or families with small children do not book this hotel. The change you... More

I've spent 2 nights in this hotel. You like it if you just not to consider it as a hotel! There are much better quality hotels with the same rate are available in this town. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

We were four (2 children) and stayed in a family room. Room and bathroom were large, but lacked basic amenities. The matress was awaful. I got a terrible pain in my back. Labyrinth of corridors with stairs. Location is great, room windows facing Château de Fontainebleau. Maybe a good hotel to stay one night, but not more. Overpriced.

On arrival one might be disappointed with the appearance of this old hotel building with a main door needing attention, a rather worn out awning and a lack of general décor inside. However, I was well pleased with my top of the range room to include a full bathroom and separate WC, TV and fan. There were pleasant views across... More
