The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, and is not as expensive as the other ones that are too. The hotel is basic but very clean and the staff super friendly, so it's great value for money. I stayed with my baby and that went very well.

Town was quite full so I was lucky to get a room. Reviews were a bit scary but I thought it was petty good value. On the plus side the location is fantastic, the room was clean and functional and my views were stunning. But the room was small and basic, it was noisy with the windows open and I...

Have staid in this hotel many times but not for 8 years, to be honest it was always a little shabby but great location and very friendly. So disappointed that it's still shabby but not in a good way. Beds uncomfortable, furniture horrible and our room located over a very noisy bar ... Bathroom ok but shower not great, towels...

Our bedroom and bathroom were very small but adequate, and the bed comfortable, The bathroom windows were dirty. The stair carpets scruffy. The one big advantage is is that it is very near the Palace, which we obtained tickets very quickly

Very poky room number 3 No room to move as bed occupied 90% or room. Shower tray blocked. Bed unmade and looked it had been used by someone else as was dirty I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless everywhere was full up.

If you want to feel welcome and comfortable, do not stay here. In my decades of foreign travel, I have never been treated so poorly. The owner shouted at me twice for not doing things the right way such as sitting at a two person table instead of a single and not knowing my room number when I hadn't even...

We stayed one night only and our experience seemed much better than previous reviews. Processed at reception very efficently, and with humour, by an adult. Room was on first floor so no elevator not a real problem. Room was clean, as was the bathroom. Everything worked fine. Our room was facing the street so was expecting noise but the room...

Disgusting doesn't explain how bad this hotel is. I wouldn't put my dog in it. I'm sure there are kennel owners who would reject this place for their business. Everything about this hotel has been done on a shoestring. Like other reviews... welcomed by a 12 year old asian boy who was more interested in web surfing than being helpful....
