My husband and I with 46 other people arrived at this hotel on a diamond coach holiday, The receptionist did not speak English, she was rude and could not wait to get out of the place. As she left the place was locked up, There was no bar, no lift and many of the older passengers struggled up the stairs... More

Stayed here with tour group for one night and without a shadow of doubt this is one place to avoid, go elsewhere. we have travelled fairly extensively over the last few years and this must rank as one of the worst hotels we have stayed at, the list of faults from staff attitude to quality of the rooms and food... We arrived at this hotel, a little late in the evening, to a good reception and more to the point a speedy allocation of our room. A small but, very pleasant room was awaiting and proved to be adequate for an overnight stop.

I arrived at this hotel around 5pm after riding from Austria on my motorcycle the person in reception did not speak any English so not a good start the rooms are cleanish but in need of a very needy upgrade. After freshening up I tried to ask the receptionist where the bar is and apparently there wasn't one. It is... More

Adequate, but beware of late arrival. The office closes at, I believe, 9. We arrived about ten minutes after that and after threading our way through a dark, rather isolated industrial/ commercial area were faced with a locked gate in front of the parking lot. We were lucky to find a friendly hotel guest entering as we arrived who helped... More

The hotel was OK. We stayed only for one night. It was very noisy, you can hear everything that happens on the corridor. The receptionist was nice but spoke no English at all. It's all right for one night, I wouldn't want to stay for longer than that.

Arrived 11:10pm due to ferry running almost 2hrs late. Went into reception to find everything locked, even the loo. The 24/24hr number to call was an answer phone only and even the phone in reception was locked. We decided the only option was to try and find another hotel to discover since arriving the hotel car park gate had closed... More

We're having a short - 3 days - stay in France and wanted some "cheap and cheerful' accommodation. Not as close to Paris as we'd hoped, and located in a rather industrial looking area, this hotel nevertheless met our needs beautifully. Excellent value for money, CLEAN and comfortable rooms plus very friendly, helpful staff. Could not be more pleased with... More

The room was dated, tiny and very basic. The bathroom needs a complete refurb. Shower head completely scaled up. We stayed one night and were grateful for the secure parking and restaurant two doors down. Breakfast - plastic wrapping everywhere! 5 Euro charge for our dog and 1.20 Euro City tax charge, breakfast 14 Euro's - total bill for one... More
