Just stayed here for a couple nights. Great place to stay in Epernay.Very clean comfortable rooms and beds. Linens and pillows and mattress very comfortable. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast especially poolside on a nice day... close to main street but quite in room if windows kept closed..Easy walking distance to town and Rue du Champagne. Very pretty, boutique hotel. We booked a superior room, which was on the top floor. Lots of space, light and airy. The bathroom had lovely french toiletries to use, a very deep bath, and all the usual amenities, including a heater to keep the room dry. Our main room area had a king size bed ( very comfy) a choice...

Everything. From the castle feeling in each beautiful room, to the friendly, efficient and highly service minded staff, and the lovely garden with the salt water pool, this is perfection. One of the best hotel experiences in my life. If you have a reason to go to the Champagne district, choose Epernay.

Best position for champagne tasting, lovely staff who were so obliging to our group of twelve. The rooms were spacious, elegant decor, very clean and quiet. The secure parking was a bonus. The pool and garden area was a definite plus. A nice little bar away from the main building, offered free nibbles with the drinks. A 20 minute walk...

We stayed here for a weekend in February as a treat. This was our third trip to Epernay and we have previously stayed at Hotel Jean Moët and the Best Western in Epernay. This was the most expensive hotel we have tried by far so we were looking forward to a treat. The staff were always friendly on reception and...

We stayed here for 2 nights as the last leg of our journey driving back to the UK from Tuscany and it was a great end. Not the cheapest place to stay however but we wanted a bit of luxury as it was a special occasion. There is secure car parking on site which was key for us as we...

It really is an excellent hotel, with a hearty buffet breakfast available, enjoyable sun deck, and good sized pool. Breakfast is typically continental and is comprised of pastries, breads, preserves, scrambled or boiled eggs, cheeses, cold meats, coffee, orange juice, etc. The room we had was large enough and had an excellent terrace with a table and chairs. We also...

This hotel is very much style over content. It's very expensive and has no amenity. Beyond breakfast no other food is available. The setting is very pretty. Our room was very, very small and it was pointed out that they had bigger rooms with a price tag to match. We felt we were being upsold. Breakfast was not included. Staff were...
