Great location and price reflects this, but not the lack of usual amenities. No wifi! ( though owner couldn't recognise the issue), nothing other than some hooks for clothes, not even a table or set of drawers for toiletries ( which would have been your own as not supplied) . Bath, wc and wash hand basin behind a net curtain... More

Parva Domus is fantastically located on the Avenue de Champagne amidst some of the biggest champagne producers in the world. We stayed in La Prune, on the 3rd floor of this gorgeous town house. The welcome was warm (sans fizz and sans English (not that we should expect any differently)) and our room was pleasant. The bed was comfy and... More

Having stayed at Magna Quies the year before, we were referred to Francois' parents house as MQ was full for the nights we requested. The property has two components: the actual house and the separate gite. The vast majority of the reviews are for the house, not the gite. Parking is provided. The location is perfect. No welcome bubbly was... More

Spotless and clean. Simple breakfast. Lovely couple who operate the B&B. Location is right in the middle of Avenue de Champagne at the crest of the hill. The room was basic decor with a comfortable bed (Beige Room). You're in an old but well maintained house! Note: hair dryer may have been available but glad we brought one. We'd give... More

We have the Guardian to thank and the original couple who created the Trip Advisor page, the owner has only just realised why so many foreigners are booking! :-) It was everything we were expecting; local, friendly, charming, wonderful, great location, good clean room. The charm is in the beauty of the amazingly cool owners and their lovely home. We... More

The couple that runs this B&B are hilarious. They didn't speak English, and my cousin and I don't speak French, but with the help of google translate and a bunch of hand gestures, we generally were able to communicate. We booked the suite on the top floor, and it was spacious, clean, and lovely. Breakfast is SUPERB. We were given... More

I am not sure why this property has such positive reviews. My husband and I recently booked one night and we couldn't wait to leave. To start, we arrived around 8pm and received a very rude welcome (and also no champagne as other reviewers mentioned). The wife, who I successfully spoke on the phone with twice prior to arrival, suddenly... More

After a long day on the road, we were looking forward to the champagne welcome described by other reviewers. It was not forthcoming, a huge disappointment on our first visit to the Champagne region. Otherwise, Claude was attentive and provided helpful restaurant recommendations. Ginette’s breakfasts were generous, with coffee/hot chocolate, orange juice, hard boiled eggs, fresh baguette, croissants, cheese, ham,... More

Cosy rooms which was perfect for couples. Close to city center. Very nice couple who is running this b&b. Invited us on a glas champagne before we went out for the evening. Are absolutely going to come back.
