We met our friends from the UK (a total party of 4 adults) in Epernay and stayed July 28-30. The guest rooms are on the bottom floor, consist of two rooms each, and are very spacious and quiet. The host is lovely and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the champagne welcome with homemade cookies and treats. The host provided a wonderful breakfast for our gluten-free friend, and croissants, ham, cheese, eggs, homemade yogurt and butter, muesli, jams, juice and coffee/tea for the rest of us. Very filling and delicious!
We have traveled throughout Europe and this stay was one of the easiest to book, in the best location of Epernay and you can walk from the train station and stop along the way for tastings. We were not disappointed.
Note: car parking is available on the street, pack your eye shades for the streetlight if you are light sensitive when sleeping, rooms are quiet, windows open for great breezes. In the two rooms suites you'll find a fan, mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, make-up remover, cotton swabs, shampoo and soap, plenty of towels, a TV and direct access out to the Lanai.

We have just got home from the loveliest stay! Laure is the best host, so welcoming and friendly. The suite was perfect, super comfortable bed, so many thoughtful touches. Loved the complimentary welcome flutes of champagne.
We opted to have dinner and it was delicious, served in our sitting room everything home made used with regional products.
If you are travelling to the region this is the authentic way of discovering the champagne culture!
We will be going back as soon as we can :-)

Had a lovely one night stay. The location is just a short walk from the shops and avenue de champagne. We found parking on the street just outside. The host, as others have noted, is super friendly and very accommodating. Even offered to let us check in early. She also made us a reservation at a local restaurant with a lovely terrace (COVID-19 after all).
Breakfast was simply amazing. Served on the sunny back porch, had eggs, ham, cheese, homemade breakfast bread, yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice. Wow!
Room was large and comfortable. Large double bed with a side sitting room. Well stocked with amenities. The shower is not in its own separate room but not an issue for couples. Highly recommend.

Owner Laure is super wonderful with her friendly, warm service and good cooking skills. We had a lovely glass of champagne upon arrival with a lovely breakfast daily. Room comes with slipper, bathrobe, towel, body and hair soap & mineral water. More stuff than hotel stuff. We love her freshly squeeze orange juice too! Carpark in front of her place (at road side) & remember to call her when arrive.

Quite simply, don’t stay anywhere else if you’re visiting Epernay and want a comfortable, stylish, centrally located home from home! Our hostess was delightful and welcoming, serving us a delicious glass of champagne and home made canapé when we arrived. Our lovely ground floor room complete with sitting room area and access to the small courtyard was very well appointed with every luxury. Our breakfast featured a selection of scrumptious home made yoghurt, preserves and cakes - Laure’s hospitality is fantastic. There was even a wee packet of home made shortbread for us to take away - a lovely touch. I can’t recommend this charming bed and breakfast enough!

We stayed 1 night in this B & B. The owner lives in this house en 2 of the rooms downstairs are for rent. The owner was very helpful and friendly. She offers champagne at arrival and a great breakfast in your room our outside. Some of the pictures on the website are from her own rooms where she lives so these are not for rent.
The house is in a narrow street. Location is good as you can walk to the big champagne houses.
There is an outside paved garden with a big wall where breakfast can be served.
Our room was big with a separate living room. It is clean but misses any luxury for this price. As even the owner tried her best, for this price I would go for a nice boutique hotel in the neighbour hood
The owner didn’t recommend restaurants but said only that every restaurant in Epernay is good what was not what we experienced. There are some real good ones, so be sure to reserve in advance.
We charged our car at the big supermarket in Epernay as most of the chargers in the city are out of order

Laure is a very kind and thoughtful host.
I stayed in the Chevral room which is beautiful and huge. Sooo relaxing The bed is so comfortable.
I had a very relaxing massage by Nelly and I had a dinner created by Laure accompanied by a delightful glass of champagne. It really was delightful. Being in the centre of Epernay you could walk everywhere.
Highly recommended.

It was delightful! Laure our hostess is so accommodating. Delicious food. Great location. We really enjoyed all of the small touches. We were 2 couples traveling and especially enjoyed the outside patio area. A perfect start to our trip through France. Would and will absolutely go again!

Free street parking. We were lucky to get one close to her door. Next time, we parked just down the block. Not bad at all. You can find something within a block radius and there is a “no parking” space directly across the door that can be used to unload but can’t park permanently.
No. Free street parking close by.
