We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous traditional villa run but 2 really lovely ladies. No English but no problem - It was easy to communicate anyway. They were kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was good. Our room was very nice - modern with good bathroom. Great location.

We used this as an overnight stop and chose it as an alternative to the chains but to be honest I was left wishing we'd chosen the predictability of a Campanile, The room was shabby, the toilet was in a cupboard with a curtain to divide it up, the washbasin was in another alcove complete with psycho type shower curtain. The bed was clean but it had the feel of a 1960 provincial hotel. The breakfast buffet was OK but a bit disjointed, halfway through our breakfast we were offered a yogurt tub for example. Would i use it again .............. no, I don't think so

We stayed for a night at La Villa on our way back from Corsica earlier in the month. The family triple room (large double and single bed) on the first floor / front of building was very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom - large double window with electric shutter. No air-con but there was a free standing large fan. On street parking next to the hotel and secure bike storage behind the rear gate. Breakfast was very good value in a lovely, traditional dinning room. Short walk to the centre of Epernay - market, shops and the Grand Champagne houses - easy access to the various bike routes around the town (managed to squeeze in a glorious 30km ride before we left via Champollion, Germaine and Mutigny). Very quiet area, easy access from the auto route and well worth the stop over. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The location for this hotel is excellent, yet still quiet. The staff were really friendly & the place was clean with a lovely garden. The room & a few things need attention, better toiletries, a mirror in the bedroom instead of just a small one in the tiny shower room, the toilet area was very tiny, no hairdryer, the plug next to the bed didn’t work, we enjoyed our stay though, the bed was comfortable & it was good value for money for where it was.

Great location on the edge of town. We parked on the street and walked everywhere Our room on the top floor was spacious and spotless. Huge windows gave us plenty of air over a few hot days/ nights. There was a fan as well Buffet breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra cost. All served by a lovely lady. Very little English is spoken but enough to get by A great few days spent here
