We had a reservation made in June on booking.com.Arrived at 20.30 pm ( last check in hour was 21.00 ) and they told us that they waited till 18.00 pm, and after that they just decided to canceled our reservation. We came by airplane and rented car from 2.500 km and that is what we found late at night at hotel... This hotel is in a good location being only 15 minutes walk from the Old town where there are hundreds of bars and restaurants. There is also a good bar across the road which does excellent African food at night. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean and were very quiet. Only complaint was the breakfast was not worth the... Recently stayed here whilst travelling down through France, we found the customer service and room to be perfect for our needs and they were very accommodating when we were delayed and couldn't arrive until the early hours.

The hotel is at the corner of the road, so it's very noisy during the night. And there is no room with air condition. So choose the other hotel during hot summer. They provide us the fan but we still need to open the window so it's dilemma between temperature and noise. The room is spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Friendly... More

Stayed overnight here on our way south. A very warm and friendly welcome after a long day travelling, with helpful suggestions about the best way to walk into the centre of Tours for dinner (15 minutes). Clean comfortable rooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast fine. Would certainly stay here again.

Day two of our road trip south and we stayed here for one night. The room was large and with high ceilings and a very good bathroom. The twin beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were very friendly. Parking was on the street in the square nearby - this is free and fine apart from on Saturday... More

We ended up staying here after our car broke down in Tours, which would have ruined our holiday if it wasn't for this hotel. The hotel itself is very beautiful and ornate. Our room had a huge corner bath with a shower above, which we loved. The location of the hotel is great, as it's quiet but only a short... More

Nice quiet hotel outside the old city center with free parking in front of the hotel. We had a triple room with 1 double and 1 single bed which were very comfortable and a nice balcony with views to the park. Bathroom was of a good size with a big bath and shower and an there was an extra toilet.... More

With old world charm, this hotel was perfect for a couple on an overnight stay. The hotel was away from the noisy centre, but close enough to walk into the old town where restaurants etc were in abundance. The bed was a little too soft but the shower was hot and strong! Although we did not participate in breakfast, the... More

Pretty little hotel, quirky and traditional. We stayed as a family and were able to have 2 rooms which could share and outer door. Breakfast was simple, very French felt very authentic. If looking for a standard and highly modernised hotel this probably isn't for you, but if after something more cosy we thought this was a delight, very helpful... More
