I was there for 6 nights on a business trip. The guy working in the reception is very kind and welcoming. He gave me all necessary informations about the town. It's a simple hotel, nothing fancy. It is located in a strategic place near Orléans train station.
Outstandingly welcoming and helpful management. We would not hesitate to book again if returning to Orleans. Breakfast quality also extremely good. Access to the hotel was a bit difficult due to ongoing refurbishment of the facade of the building.
This hotel is handy for the City centre which is a short walk away. The outside of the hotel isn't too pretty, it looks more like an office block. There is an underground car park, but to access this you need to park outside and go in and ask the receptionist to open the door to the car park, so this is fairly secure. To get to the road outside of the hotel you'll need to turn off of the main road outside of the hotel and turn off again onto the small side road that runs outside of the hotel. The rooms could do with a bit of modernisation and I didn't see any outside space. When booking I suggest that you ask for a room away from the lift, this is particularly noisy when its in use and could wake you up. So, in essence, more of a functional hotel than pretty. There is breakfast at the hotel but, when we stayed, there was no evening meal available.…
We stayed with our family (2 small kids) and we loved our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was neat and clean, the location perfect and the brilliant very good. Would recommend everyone!
We only stayed for one night it was a great location only five minutes walk to restaurants and shopping. Buffet breakfast and off street parking was very secure the staff were extremely helpful and patient.
