We received a very warm welcome when we arrived at Domaine de l'Arbrelle. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Our room on the second floor had a little terrace with table and chairs. Breakfast included meats and cheese, besides the usual breads. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful with advice on the area. Although just a few...

Our room was in an additional building to the main reception area. As we were on the ground floor you did hear the people above quite easily but that wasn't too much of a problem. A nice touch, we had our own table and chairs to sit outside in good weather. Our room was comfortable, breakfasts were good. The family...

Pleasant hotel in lovely grounds. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Rooms were smart and comfortable but had very poor noise insulation. Flushing toilets, running showers and baths could clearly be heard at all times of day. This spoilt tour stay. Additionally the breakfast was poor. Although a selection of tea bags was provided there was no boiling hot water just a...

We stopped there for one night. Pros: Very warm welcome from the team, give lots of advices Place with lots of space, a pool & chairs Free & easy parking Calm (with a little rolling noise from the highway, but nothing really worrying) Cons: Some mosquitoes (nothing excessive & you can't blame the owners for them, but this is something...

Close to the city centre by car, the hotel is really peacefull!! We've been welcomed in a professional manner, with the staff showing us the room and all the facilities (swimming pool, etc,,,). Ideal location to visit Loira's valley and castles!!

The Hotel is situated about 3 miles outside Amboise, in the country side. It is surrounded by forests with cycle tracks down to the Loire. That's the reason for the choice. Very pleasant rooms with showers. Good breakfast. Secure lock up in a shed for cycles. Swimming pool, a bit small and not heated. Main drawback: no restaurant for evening...

We booked here by chance for a long weekend in Amboise and at first I had a few doubts, but these were soon dispelled! The place looks amazing, the staff are super and the service first class! The restaurant is also a great option for dinner! 5 stars!

In parkland just North of Amboise, rooms are quirky and decorated individually. Has a pool for high season but just frogs hopping about in it in September. Average priced food nothing special. Nice breakfasts included in price. Everyone friendly but buildings have seen better days

We stopped for a night during a road trip. Found the hotel to be well situated outside of the main village in a quiet wooded area. It's family run and well managed. The food was good but the menu a limited. Rooms are clean and very comfortable over looking the gardens. A nice break from the motorway.

Extremely calm place in the middle of the Valley of Loire, not far from several beautiful castles. Arrangement of rooms provides privacy, swimming pool is relaxing after a hot day of visits. The rooms are simple, but in general, al what you need. Our room did not have a fridge and air conditioning. The last was not needed, because the...
