We went there for our visit of Amboise and the area. The room was small but clean although could do with some renewing. There was a topper on the bed which was clean, however the matras, eghhh. 🤢 Also the smell in the room is not what you would expect. A smell of old, moisture…
This was a new facility on the edge of town that is close to the road but not close to down town where we wanted to spend time. The room was clean with comfortable bed but small and no view. The breakfast was fine but not exceptional. I would stay here again.
A typical IBIS hotel. As long as you have a car this hotel is well placed for visiting the chateau's that are near including Amboise (5min) and Chenonceau (20mins). It has free car parking, and a hypermarket just up the road. Getting into Amboise was easy.Staff were friendly…
Situated in large grounds this hotel is good for both it guest and canine friends . Only one area for improvement could be more sound insulation but this this is not a problem as most guests are business and need their sleep
We stayed with friends and wanted to use the bar and eat in the restaurant - but both were closed on Sunday. We ended up in Macdonalds! Other evenings, the food was very poor - steak unedibly tough. Room OK, air-con was good, but small and no kettle to make drinks.
"First and second floors both convenient"
"Ground floor as there is no lift."
"No elevators, so if you have heavy bags get a lower level room."
"Rooms at the sides will overlook the grounds, not the road."
"No elevator, walk up to third floor which is actually the second floor"
