Beaune (bone) has a 15th century hospital or hospice located in the town center. This was the location of the Black Death, plague which nearly destroyed 3/4 of the towns people during that century. The cobblestone streets add old world charm.

I stayed at this hotel because it was in a convenient location for my needs My single room was small but adequate The owner was very friendly and helpful, speaking perfect English It would have been much better if the hotel opened earlier.. I had to wait quite some time in my car for it to open The evening I... More

We had booked a room in this hotel because of the good reviews . We spent their only one night as we were on our ay to the south of France. Its location is good, at some distance from the centre of Beaune, and staff are very friendly. Rooms have airconditioning (indispensable in summer), but are very small (hardly any... More

First off, Beaune is a nice little place with plenty of restaurants and little bars. Bellevue is a pleasant surprise. Nice rooms, clean, airconditioned, very friendly service, English speaking, private and secured parking and a nice little terras in the back where you can enjoy some drinks or if you want even a nicely cooked dinner! Recommend!

The owners of the hotel are really nice. The wife speaks English very well. The hotel has a parking lot that they lock every night. Guests receive the code during check-in. There is limited parking on the street but why bother. The parking in the hotel lot is free. The check-in desk is closed between 2 and 4 pm. Meaning,... More

We loved the clean rooms and spacious restaurant. We will come back for the great food their chef prepared for us and we adored the family hosts Jerome & Pauline who are professionals and joyful. We strongly recommend the hotel and restaurant if you're staying in Beaune.

Please be aware of the fact that my review only concerns the way were received (or rather, not received) and not the quality of the stay, as we did not manage to get in the hotel itself. We had a reservation for the family + friends. The reservation did only mention that we could arrive after 4 pm. However, as... More

Arrived exhausted, transiting on my way south. The guy was polite with good customer service skills (which, let's be honest, isn't guaranteed in France), professional and had a good sense of humour. He showed me everything I needed to know, without me asking, and succinctly too. He recommended a decent nearby restaurant. He upgraded my room free of charge, which... More

Top marks for the friendly bi lingual staff, zero rating for the accommodation. Thank heavens we only stayed one night as I would have moved on had we in error booked longer. Our room was clean, fair do. The bed hight was calf level and the tiniest of rooms you can even begin to picture in your mind. The breakfast... More
