Chez Marie is a warm, inviting, comfortable respite while visiting Beaune and the surrounding area. We stayed in the Annex which was perfect for 2 people-a cozy bed and bath upstairs (a bit steep so if you have mobility issues you might want another room) with a nice couch and kitchen area on the first floor. Free Parking is close... More

Marie and Yves were great hosts. Their place is only a short walk from the train station. We were in the annex, which was very private. Marie served delicious breakfasts and we very much enjoyed renting their bikes to go on the vineyard trail through several small villages. We would definitely stay at Chez Marie again!

We arrived to be greeted by Yves, husband of Marie as Marie was on holidays. Yves helped us settle into the annex which is located off the sunny garden. The annex is clean and modern, has two bedrooms, a combined kitchen, living and dining area. We spent five nights and enjoyed five delicious breakfasts prepared by Yves, of homemade yoghurt... More

We really enjoyed our 6 nights at Chez Marie in early September. The location is perfect -- free street parking very closeby and yet it is only 5-10 minute walk to the center of Beaune or to the supermarket. Beaune makes a perfect homebase for exploration of many towns in Burgundy. There are abbeys to explore, small wine towns for... More

There were three of us in the apartment across the street from the main house and we enjoyed that our daughter could sleep downstairs and have her own space away from us. Although we didn't use the little kitchen, it was great to have some utensils for snacks and loved having the mini frig for wine, cheese etc...Our upstairs room... More

We stayed for 3 nights in August as part of an inter railing trip. Arriving at a fairly small typically French front door- We were warmly greeted by Marie's husband and shown to our two rooms, one larger apartment with a kitchenette and a double room which were both beautifully decorated, nice and cool and with lovely bathrooms. A fantastic... More

We enjoyed our stay at chez Marie. We enjoyed the closed garden and the relaxing atmosphere. It's nice to stay with a family instead of an Hotel. The location is just beside the old town, and Parking is within 300 m. It was a pity that our old dog was not allowed in , not even in the garden to... More

Marie was very welcoming and friendly and breakfast was perfect. We stayed in the annex apartment which is over the (small) road as we are a family of four. I think for two people staying here for a few nights the apartment would be perfect. As family accommodation it was ok, but the children's accommodation downstairs was a little too... More

A very friendly welcome in the romantic enclosed garden. Our appartment was very comfortable. Good bed above and a good couch bed for our daughter. Breakfast with a lot of tasty home made jams and yogurt. We loved it. Next year we will stay a few nights. An afternoon and an evening in Beaune is not enough. Next time we... More

I would highly recommend this cozy B&B. Marie and Yves were extremely helpful, friendly and hospitable. We rented their electric bikes and they sent us off to explore the local villages and wine caves. Absolutely a trip highlight. Marie booked us a wine tasting class and had restaurant recommendations for us. Breakfast included delicious homemade jam, yogurt, granola, bread, croissants,... More
