Bedroom 204 overlooking round about and bridge - no street noise in the bedroom - bed comfortable but difficult to go round one corner close to the corridor wall. Could have been 4 stars without the very awkwardly designed bathroom. The designer never tried to sit on the toilet, otherwise the angle of the wall would have been modified!!! As...

I have had to down grade my review for the Auxerre Ibis. We have stayed here twice before and gave it 5 stars. It still has a wonderful location beside the river near the old city. There is free parking outside and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately this time our room was disappointing. It was very small. Luckily we...

THe room was perfect for a one night stay while driving between Loire valley into Burgundy. It had everything, clean, quiet and great location to explore Auxerre which was a treat of a town! You can skip the breakfast...we did and it didn't look good. Go to the coffee shop across the bridge after stopping first at the Patissiere

We have stayed here literally a couple of dozen times because it is near the marina and dependable. As it always was, but where they got this room from I'll never understand as it wasn't anything like what we've stated in before. Not that it was bad, just that it was SMALL. One thing for sure, unless you just want...

Pleasant hotel in the centre of Auxerre. We had a large room with a view of The river and a balcony. You can walk into to the main centre in 5 minutes. There is no parking but plenty of free on street parking nearby. The room was of a high standard and was clean. Excellent shower. The only negative was...

We needed a hotel near the railroad station and near the marina. Ibis was the one. Rooms were comfortable and suited us exactly. The staff was super cooperative. They had generously chosen rooms overlooking the river but Auxerre was in the middle of a heat wave and the rooms would have faced the setting sun--too hot. My daughter-in-law asked for...

We used the Ibis Auxerre Centre as a stop off on our way down to the south of France, and it was perfect for that. It has a nice location by the river, and the rooms on that side probably have a lovely view. We were on the other side over looking the road. As other reviews have said, the...

We stayed in Auxerre for the first time and were pleased to choose the Ibis because of its lovely riverside setting with views of the Cathedral, churches and old town. We were not disappointed, and it even has free parking just opposite. BUT the plot they chose was a bit too small, so everything inside is cramped - bedroom doors...

Depressed, is how I feel. Looking up at the black stain above the TV, high up on the wall, where the heat from it has caused a familiar blackness. There's a smaller black mark above the wall light, next to it. There is a screw protruding from the wall beneath the light. A picture once hung there. I know this...

Small but clean rooms, good beds, small bathroom, but perfectly working and clean equipment, good breakfast, and super friendly people, great service, the hotel owner even drove me personally to my customer 2km away 😊. And excellent location by the river with a nice view on the cathedral... Great Price-Quality ratio! Joeri
