I think we have just found our most favourite place to stay in France. Moulin is a spectacular building in wonderful surroundings owned by a really warm friendly couple. I am struggling to find the words to describe just how beautiful this place is. The building has been sympathetically restored and the interior decoration is incredible. The gardens are fabulous... I can concur with a previous reviewer that my only regret about staying here is that we didn't book for longer. It is quite simply the most perfect Chambre D'Hote I have ever visited (p.s. if you dont know what a Chambre D'Hote is, look it up before you travel in France and then complain about having to share a... Our only one regret about the Moulin was that we had only booked for one night. The house is absolutely beautiful, the gardens are immaculate, Autun was a lovely town, and Evelyne and Trevor do a wonderful job. It's a really lovely place to stay.

This B&B really is lovingly decorated, the rooms are generous and modern, the breakfast ample and yummie. The two owners did take care of us in a very charming way. If you are after a relaxing holidays - with ample things to do in the nature surrounding Autun (Morvan) - highly recommend! Autun, however, is pretty but the signs of... More

Perfect! There simply is no other way to describe this enchanting 'maison d'hôte'!!! The fairytale premises leed you into the characteristic moulin where you are warmly welcomed by Evelyne and Trevor among a well balanced mix of traditional and modern furniture, underlined by pleasant background music. The rooms are equally stunning as are the owner's cooking skills... So don't miss... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay here.We liked the very tasteful modern styling of the inn and the rooms, a pleasant change from more traditional decorating. Trevor and Evelyn were wonderful. Recommend it highly, and the local restaurants were also delightful. Just know that it is a long twisty road into Beaune, so spend one night there and then... More

Extraordinary friendly and courteous atmosphere, very calm and relaxing location, clean and stylish rooms and definately extraordinary food. Our short termed booking has been handled in a very flexible and kind manner. The wine tasting was fun, well choosen wines and they offer a good price/quality relation of local wines. Evelyn and Trevor are very kind and helpful people. One... More

This was highly recommended by a friend. We were so pleased to have stayed and participated in one of two meals served weekly. Trevor and Evelyn couldn't have been more inviting and friendly to all who entered. The house grounds were beautiful with a creek running through. The dinner was magnificent and the best we had in France for our... More

We have recently returned from a fantastic break at Moulin Renaudiots where all of our expectations in respect of location, quality of accommodation and furnishings and the welcome we received were exceeded. This is a must visit for anyone with an eye for interior design and tasteful restorations of older buildings. Our room, St.Andre, was great with direct garden access... More
