I have stayed at many Ibis Styles over the years but this was the largest room ever.4 th floor at the rear fantastic. Good peaceful nights sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice walks to old and new towns plus port. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. My only concern was no eggs at breakfast buffet. I have always had eggs in the past Has Ibis stopped them ? Please review this issue, Rest of breakfast was good as ever. I would return here again.

Although the hotel is advertised as ‘St Malo port’ it is in fact a 15 minute walk away which was not too much of a problem though was initially disappointing. The room which was clean and spacious, only provided 3 pillows and when I asked for 1 more was told this was not possible. On the second day, a different member of staff provided one immediately and was really helpful. Breakfast was a great buffet and the underground parking is a real boon (9 euros). When we stayed it was really hot and there is no air con and there is some sort of plastic mattress cover which makes sleeping very uncomfortable. Overall a mixed experience at the end of a wonderful holiday in France.

It's great after a long road trip if you just need somewhere to sleep. Only necessities in the room. Nice continental breakfast but not enough savoury options. Overall very nice and tidy but maybe could do without the bright lime green colour in the room...

The room was fine but the Breakfast situation was awful. No forks, napkins or clean tables to sit at in the whole room. All of the tables needed to be bussed! WiFi was good and room clean so there are some positives! Could be really nice!

When we first arrived we were a little sceptical on the location of the hotel. The walk into the historic centre of St Malo is approximately 20 minutes, however, we found the walk very easy and very pleasant. Our room was at the front of the hotel with a view over the port. It is on a main road, but the noise level was not a problem. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We parked our car in their garage €9 a day, and it was safe and secure there, and was very easy to access. The continental breakfast was very good, with a varied selection of fruit, pastries, yoghurt, cheeses and cold meats.
