We have stayed at this hotel more than once and I'll definitely stay there again. The hotel is fairly central within the walls of St Malo and is within a stones through of the main shopping street, some wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are a good size, en suite, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a buffet...

Excellent central location but downside was to open window for some fresh air during sleep allowed lots of noise from bar below till early hours of the morning and again with goods lorries unloading 5am.

The hotel has the benefit of being in the heart of the walled city and the main public areas are all modern looking which is more than I can say for the rooms. I was using a twin bedded room and the beds were only 75cms (2foot 6ins.) wide. The room was fairly basic but generally clean. The one problem...

This was the poorest of the four hotels we stayed in on our tour. The rooms were small and the furniture was old. The place was clean. Its major virtue was that it was in a good location for walking around the old part of St. Malo.

I have booked a double premium room via the hotel web site, standard room was not available. You can see clearly the difference between these rooms on the pictures on their web site. When we arrived in the late evening the nice receptionist gave us the key to the room on the 5th floor. Very small lift took us there...

Charming, comfortable, conveniently located hotel with great service. Staff was very helpful in providing information for walking tour, helping us find restaurant for dinner and making a reservation, and securing taxi for us for our last morning.

The locations of the hotel is excellent, as it is within the walls of Saint Malo, in a quiet street, but close to the one where the bars and restaurants are as well as to the walls. The room was spacious and clean. The morning lady at reception was very friendly.

We came on the eve of a national holiday - perhaps that accounted for the comparatively high price. Arriving, we were informed that the hotel's parking, which it is sharing with neighbouring businesses was full, only alternative was the try to find a paying parking (took ages). The smell in the lobby and hallways was quite bad (reminding of sewers)...

The good: The location within the city walls. The room was comfy (although a bit small). The bath tub. The staff was really friendly and spoke in english to us. The breakfast was good and the room was nice. The not so good: It was a bit difficult to park the car nearby, which frankly, should be expected given the...

Room was small and bathroom very small. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Breakfast is good but basic. Location in the walled town is very central, excellent for access and easy to find tourist sights.
