We checked in yesterday for 2 days And We were escorted to our room . We went through A smelly foyer With A stagnant stench . The carpet is totally stained . We spent the first night With absolutly no air conditioning functioning . Being a patient person , I suffered through the night and advised the housekeeper and the... More

We spent 4 nights at Grand Hotel des Thermes and had a wonderful time. Beautiful room with a terrace, very clean. Staff is really helpful and nice. Hotel is on the beach so easy access to the sea. Wonderful beach. Breakfast is very good and great food at restaurant Cap Horn. There is also a salted water swimming pool and... More

We only had lunch here on an organised tour but what a wonderful facility, right on the edge of a huge sweeping beach with an outside bar and brasserie. The lunch was a gastronique delight! The service was unobtrusive but quality. It had everything that you you would expect from a high class hotel.

We really wanted the beachfront. So there we are. It is expensive. Rooms are quite standard even if beds are very comfy and it is nice to have a little balcony. The biggest challenge is... to find your room. I do not know how many there are there but if you liked labirynths when you were a kid, you'll like... More

Seems very nice. It's clean and well apportioned with very friendly staff although it's very expensive so you expect good service. Customer service does however lack in some areas. There are two restaurants and a terrace menu and they are unable to make any sandwich without cheese. "Non it is not possible to make a sandwich without cheese". Clearly they... More

I have been visiting the hotel regularly as part of a yearly wellness holiday. It has a fantastic location on the main beach and great views. My favorite is the double room facing the sea, I felt like a princess! Old town is about 20min at a leisurely stroll or 5minutes by bus. Don't miss the wellness and spa center,... More

We stayed in an apartment facing the sea and it was lovely. All the items you would need we're already in the apartment and there was an option for fresh bread delivery each morning- lovely! Pop by shops to pick up basics such as butter, milk, salt, etc. Plenty of storage space for clothes and cases and a separate seating... More

On your first arrival, the hotel is a little strange--I guess it was a hotel that was added on to as it grew but it has a great front staff and the rooms were comfortable once you figure out you have to go down and up and down to get around. The breakfast was good but not as no prepared... More

Hotel is easy to find and walking distance (20 minutes) to the old town. It is modern and has all the convinces, frig, hair drier, et. Good market close by for snacks and beverages. Parking is an extra 15€/night. We ate in both restaurants and they were very good. Don't miss the old town and the harbor.
