Central location, 5 mins walk from where restaurants and bars can be found. Unassuming from outside but inside very modern and clean. Good quality hotel. No parking with the hotel but managed to park outside without problem. Good continental style breakfast.

Great facility. I will definitely will be returning. I enjoyed being within walking distance from the old city center. The staff was polite and helpful. Local parking it very difficult but the secured garage relieved anxeities.

First impressions are of a blocky uninspiring building dwarfed by an area of high rise apartments and surrounded by ground floor shops. There is a large hotel graphic painted on the side of the building which does help you find it but also acts as a pointer to the graffiti plastered all over the city. "Utilitarian" was my first thought... More

This is a convenient place to stay as it is within easy walking distance from the old centre of the town. The staff are all very courteous and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are excellent. Breakfast is good, a generous cold buffet.

Stayed here for one night to break up a long drive down through France. There's a small amount of car parking spaces available but you have to pay. Room was modern and tidy. Decent location too for walking uptown to restaurants and bars. Would stay there again.

This modern hotel is situated a short walk from the old town where there are shops and restaurants. There is a bookable car park, worth considering if you come by car as street parking is very busy. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Great location, walking distance from the train station, very near to the old town of Rennes, and nearby to a local food market. The exterior is nothing to look at but the rooms are modern and very clean. The front desk staff are helpful is asked.

The hotel is situated in a very good location, very close to shopping areas. It also provides parking spaces for those who drive. The exterior might look a bit old, but the inside is very modern and clean. However, I got the room at the front of the hotel, at night the sound from the street was quite loud.

This was hotel was such a great find and can't come more highly recommended. Rooms were spotless and perfect for overnight stay. Staff were extremely helpful and attended to our needs. Perfectly located for shops, cafes, railway station and link to airport. Will definitely visit again.

Hotel does not look much from outside, but it's very good once your inside. Refurbished rooms, nice bar area and friendly staff. Book the car parking as difficult to park outside . Head into town for some great sightseeing
