We had 3 nights with our hosts Annie and Gerard. Our room was large and wonderfully furnished and looked out on the beautiful garden. The bed was so comfortable, and lively linens. The breakfast was excellent! Annie is a wonderful host and offered great suggestions for touring and restaurants. It is a quiet and restful accommodation. Fully recommend this property.... More

A beautiful, archetypically French large house in its own walled garden grounds, the garden itself a delight, large and beautifully planted and maintained. The main house, where we had our generous breakfast, is very tastefully furnished and decorated in absolutely perfectly appropriate style. Our accommodation was in a wonderfully converted barn (former stables, actually) with stone walls, vaulted ceiling and... More

My husband and I stayed in the Mélisse room, which is in the renovated old cowshed. The room was beautifully decorated with country charm. It was very private and romantic -- more like a little cottage than a simple room. It had a very comfortable bed, plenty of room to relax, and good storage space. It was unseasonably chilly so... This is a lovely old house, very close to Quimper but in the country, with additional rooms in a converted farm outbuilding. What sets this place apart is the kindness of the owner, Annie. I wasn't feeling well when I arrived, and she brought mint tea and cookies to our room. Annie has thought of everything for the traveler's comfort,... More

We stayed again for a week in September, and everything is as good as it was last year. We stayed in one of the self contained rooms which are very spacious and open onto the garden. Superb Continental breakfast. Our thanks to Annie for looking after us so well. Robert & Patricia

My husband and I had a wonderful 10 day tour of Brittany and were so fortunate to have discovered Le Logis du Stang.....the room was large, very nicely appointed, the bed comfortable , it was spotlessly clean, and we had a glorious garden to take tea in, or a glass of wine. Annie, our hostess made delicious breakfast treats based... More

Arrived to the most beautiful gardens you will ever see. The proprietor Anni (sp?) is friendly, informative, and speaks a version of French even this rusty student could understand. The rooms are large and have the feel of something between a villa and a grand farmhouse. Very comfortable. We opted to have bread cheese and wine for dinner at the... More

The Logis du Stang is superb. Off the beaten track but 10 minutes from central Quimper. A beautiful old manor house set in a beautiful walled garden complete with little sitting areas. Annie greets you at the door and you are offered tea and cakes! Our room was in fact two rooms: a bedroom/ sitting room and a dressing room... More

We stayed at Le Logis Du Stang for 3 nights and highly recommend it as a charming place to stay with generous hosts Annie and Gerrard. The house is beautifully restored and tastefully furnished. The large garden is an exceptionally lovely one with a wide variety of flowers. Close to Quimper for exploring it and surrounding attractions. A wonderful find,... More

Needed the sat nav to find this B&B, but it was wonderful from the moment we arrived and were greeted by Annie, given tea and homemade cakes. We were staying in the converted barn rooms, big room with an upstairs seating area and good ensuite, overlooking the lovely garden. The breakfast was amazing, more than enough of everything you could... More
