We stopped one night on return to Caen from a family holiday. Family run and they were friendly. Breakfast was extra but very good so worth it, especially as the accommodation was reasonably priced. A bit out of town and not very easy to find - don't head for Taden on the map but for the junction of the N165...

This place is actually on the outskirts of Dinan. We liked this place because we had a lot of (camping) stuff on board and wanted the car and contents to be safe overnight. Very amenable owners. Easy booking online. Good breakfast. Very clean. All very reasonable

Outside the location is amazing: it's an old stagecoach station transformed in a good hotel. Inside the rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable (except the bed, smaller than a double bed and too short for people over 1.75). The staff is very careful about environment and ecology (that's good!). Madame is very kind e friendly, but unfortunately we can't...

This hotel has great food, great service, and a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Though this is no modern, five-star hotel, it is in a beautiful scenic area with historic buildings. As I am with a tour group, they gave us some rules to follow, but nothing outrageous and it was all completely understandable. All in all the staff are very friendly...

It recalls an old (US) Motel, but in a 'French Farm' setting. The rooms are in a building separate from the building where the 'Front Desk' and Breakfast Room are to be found. Between is a strip of gravel one is to walk back and forth on. Imagine doing that, in the rain. We had a ground floor room, which...

This is a convenient hotel, just off the main road - but traffic noise does not disturb. The rooms are clean, comfortable and adequately equipped. We only had breakfast, and found that to be typically French (which we really like) with fresh fruit and extras available. Our hosts were happy to advise on our plans and our hostess made us...

We just stayed here last week as part of our EF tour group. This hotel was able to accommodate 50 people, mostly students, without any issues. This is a family run place and the children were extremely nice and welcoming. I feel like they spent a good deal of time with us & our students, who really enjoyed their company...

Staying in this adorable place was almost too much to bare... ONLY because I didn't want to ever leave! The actual rooms aren't fancy, but are comfortable and homey. More than that, though, the parents are extremely hard working, while retaining a kind and calming atmosphere. This place is one I won't ever forget. I had the experience and honor...

With the assistance of a helpful Frenchman, I was directed to the Hotel La Quebecoise. I was greeted by the owners, Oliver and Julie like an old friend. Oliver wrote a very detailed map of the direction to the center of the ville, and I did not get lost thanks to his map. Oliver offered me maps and brochures of...

Travelling from Calais to Brittany, I stayed here for 1 night in August with my 2 children. Being just off the highway it's really convenient, and just a few minutes drive into town for a meal (it is walkable but may be a bit far!). We stayed in room 10, a family room with a double bed, and twin beds...
